What a wonderful car buying experience! We talked to multiple dealerships, but no one had the service and attention to detail that we found with Michael at Doug's. He spent time learning what was and wasn't important to us in a car, asking and answering a ton of questions. He then made sure to keep us in our budget. I never felt rushed or that someone was trying to upsell me. We left with a deal that we feel good about. Go see Michael if you want great service.

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

I just purchased my 2nd (almost) brand new Tucson from Doug's in Lynnwood. My first experience was 7 years ago and fairly stressful, however this time was amazing. My sales rep was Michael Wilson. I had a certain deal in mind with my trade based on research and with very little back and forth I got my car! I've bought several new cars over the years and Michael by far is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. He has a very kind, calm demeaner and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend him! Also Sonny (sp?) in warranty was great and very quick and efficient.

Spectacular car, highly practical and great value for the money. Spacious and comfortable ride. The range is sufficient for my commute and errands I have to run. If needed it can go fast. Just be careful bc going 80mph or more will drain the battery quick. As long as you don't need to speed all the time it's a great car.

I am in a town that has no Alfa dealership. I found a car via internet I was interested in from Rairdon's in Kirkland WA. My inquiry was answered immediately by Francesco. We negotiated the price over the phone subject to my inspection. When I arrived at the dealership the car and Francesco were waiting for me. The car was as described, Francesco was throughly knowledgeable and explained all the workings of the car. We were in and out driving the car home in two hours. This is the second Alfa I have purchased, both were excellent experiences. The dealerships and sales people seem to have a true love and knowledge of the cars they sell. Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

Our recent purchase and trade-in of cars at Eastlake Auto Brokers was very positive. The lot is set up with each type of vehicle with like vehicles side by side. Met in the parking lot with a helpful salesman who connected us with Paul who went with us on two promising test drives. When we came back the next week, Robbi was available and just as pleasant to work with since Paul was not there. Again, positive test drives and we were ready to make a purchase. Our Lexus SUV hybrid was beautifully detailed and after working with this team who do not pressure at all, we are blessed with what will be a vehicle that meets all the necessary requirements we've been looking for for two months. Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

Not only does this car have plenty of power when you want it, but the alcantra seats are extremely comfortable, the bose stereo is awesome, the ride is so much better than many other sports cars i've driven/owned. This car is such an extreme value right now! Practical hatch, tons of space when seats are folded down. Mazda sure did this car right, too bad they have abandoned making "speed" cars, pick one up while you still can!

Recently bought Ford F150 from that guys, and was wondering unbelievably technical condition of the car. Price was pretty low compared with an another dealers, I even would say it was a cheapest 150 in area. After pre purchase inspection mechanic said that truck doesn’t need any repairs or investments. I purchased the 2018 Leaf new in 2018. The only maintenance I’ve had is new tires and windshield wipers. I’m very happy with the car as I only use it about town. I only wish the range was a little greater than 150 miles. It has gone down to about 140 after 6 years.

Josie helped me determine exactly what was required for my vehicle, she communicated constantly and undated me when the timeline changed and provided me with an excellent loner car. The service staff provided me with detailed photos and videos to objectively prove what work needed to be done and got the work completed quickly. The other staff was helpful, friendly and polite.

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

This is the second Chevrolet Sonic that I have owned. I only bought the newer 2019 vehicle because I just loved my 2016 model as well. I would like to find a 2020 in the future, as this was the last year of its manufacturing. I love all the features and how this wonderful vehicle operates and handles the road. It is reliable and good on gas, as well.

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.
