Best car buying experience ever!! I had a wonderful, seamless car buying experience at Lovering Volvo in Concord. My sales person, Thomas, was a pleasure to work with and super knowledgeable. He was very kind and took the time to show me everything I needed to know about the car. The finance manager, Karl was so great to work with as well. He was able to get me the perfect car and work within my budget. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and welcoming. The whole process was done very efficiently and they got me in and out of there in a timely manner (which I greatly appreciated bc I had my toddler with me!) I highly recommend this dealership!

This is really a great car and has served us so well. We were going to drive it until it died (a long way off) but got a deal on a family member's car that I could not pass up. The car has a huge cargo area with the seats folded flat. It has great visibility and is a pleasure to drive. Reliable and in excellent condition. I have service records from Day 1 of owning it.

The Tulley Manchestter BMW Team is proof that you can exceed customer expectations. On a scale of 10 … I rate Dawn Jellow, Matt Sargent, and Markus Perkins a 15. My story: on Saturday Morning 5/31 I was blindsided in my BMW X6 (also a BMW Manchester acquisition). By the morning of Wednesday 6/4 the insurance company totaled my car. By Wednesday at 6PM I was driving out of the Manchester BMW dealership with a perfect solution to my needs. A final note to keynote my respect…sitting in my destroyed car on Saturday because I couldn’t exit the vehicle. I called two people…one of them was Dawn Jellow and one was a family member. Exceed a customer’s expectation…Dawn defines the service.

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

First time buying a car myself. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They didn’t make me feel pressured like some dealerships. They are even letting me do a trade in after i bought my car since i wasn’t ready to trade in that day.

A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

We really enjoyed working with Cole. He was very professional and we were impressed with his the Honda Fit we were interested in, even though they primarily sell Toyota's. Cole made sure that we test drove the vehicle in a variety of different terrains. It made us feel this was the vehicle that we really wanted. We also liked the fact that when we picked up the car it was very clean. One minor point. When we were driving the car home we realized that someone never took off the dealer cardboard plate that was covering both the front and back MN license plates. Thanks for all you did.

As described and amazing car. Would be nice that it would have a small spare tire of sort but still an amazing vehicle and safety as 1st priority.

Most fun driving car I have ever owned. I also drive it on the race track on HPDE days and it is the most fun car I have ever driven. The ability to set the car up the way you want it to drive is great, adds so much to the fun factor.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I had the best experience ever. I ended up going to Cupples because my little 2007 Toyota Yaris with over 200,000 miles started showing it’s age. I loved the car and wanted to replace it with one with lower miles. I located one at Cupples and as others have stated, I trusted Ross right away after talking on the phone which made it worth the drive which was over an hour. My issue is that I don’t have a good credit rating because I usually use cash only. The last car I had financed was back in 93, but this time for various reasons I only had about half of the money. Ross was helpful from the start, more like a Social Worker than a used car salesman. At one point he thought that I might have to go with a newer car, 2012 or later. I went on the website and found an 2012 Audi that I fell in love with for 8,000 $’s, 2,000 more than the Yaris. I texted Ross about it and he said “No, you don’t want that car, it’s not reliable.” What used car salesman does that? Eventually he found a way to get me into the Yaris I was looking at, with only 94,000 miles. I absolutely love it, just like my old one but runs like It’s brand new. Better than my old one because I bought it with high miles to start with. This is the first review I have ever written, but after my great experience I felt it was the least I could do. In Aug 2016, purchased the 2013 Fucus Hatch SE used in 2016, with 13,000 miles on it. With 35-37mpg on average with mixed driving. Early on OK without issues. Around 40K miles the transmission electronic control modual, ECM, needed an adjustment. The transmission is a learning transmission. It will learn how you drive and adjust shift points as your driving habits are learned by the transmission. My wife's driving habits are put it in drive and GO! My habits are different. Every now and then I will drive her car and shift the transmission as a manual drive, since the transmission is a manual drive transmission which has been automated. The engine and transmission only makes a subtle gurgle noise when as the car shifts from 2nd to 1st as the car comes to a stop. The car is sporty to drive, sensitive steering, good braking. It reminds be of a less expensive VW Golf. Currently we have 140K miles and the only wear on the car that shows is a failure of the heat shield and since I am a mechanically inclined guy who putters around fixing what is broken, there is wear on the clutches in the transmission, all due by my wife's driving habits of being a speedy driver. Since we already have it and its paid off, I will keep it. I will only purchase a Golf or Jetta when the transmission or electronic control module hiccups. I do realize the ECM has a recall if you're below 1450K miles.

I have owned this 2016 Golf R manual since December, 2015. My previous car was a 2008 Mazdaspeed 3, a great hot hatch in it's own right. Right away I knew I had to tune the Golf R to make it feel faster than the Speed 3. APR Stage 1 accomplished that in spades. Not satisfied, I went Stage 2 which made the car absolutely bonkers (I did have to upgrade the clutch to a Southbend Stage 3 racing clutch). I have had three years on the Stage 2 and have had zero problems with it. Unrelated issues have included rear differential oil leak, window switch modulation, and misfiring due to bad plugs and coils. All except the latter were fixed under warranty. There is also a problem with the backlighting of the speedo/tach/fuel/coolant temp gauge that hasn't been fixed but other displays are fine. The car at just under 54K miles remains a blast to drive and very easy to live with.

This was one of our best (top 2) car buying experiences ever. Ross was excellent to deal with; he was very responsive in communication, and extremely low-pressure in his sales approach. We are completely satisfied with the car we purchased and can see ourselves returning here for future car buying needs. Highly recommended.

Bought for my 71st birthday cuz my first car I ever owned was a super beetle with an 8 track…so found this beauty and its quick, handles like a Porsche, is beautiful, and it’s super fun to drive, now I don’t mind traffic so much..

If only more businesses were like Cupples! My mom and I were shopping for a car for her. She doesn’t like new technology so we were looking for an older model in great condition. Ross had several to choose from and we took a few out. My mom decided on a 2012 RAV 4. Since bringing it home there have been a few tiny glitches but Ross and his terrific assistant, Connor sorted them out, even coming to pick up the car so my mom wouldn’t have to worry. In fact, the selection of vehicles that Cupples had was so good I shipped one back west when I went home - Ross organized that too. It’s obvious that Ross and Connor take pride in the business and my mother and I feel very lucky to have stumbled upon what must surely be one of the best used car dealerships in New England.

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

Spent a full week trying to decide between a Toyota Prius and Nissan Juke. Both were low mileage vehicles and immaculate. After 3 test drives, fell in love with the Juke. Beth and Kelly were so patient and quick to respond to any questions. Took the car to a friend who told me to buy, and quickly. Car was priced below book value and had 4 brand new tires and brakes/rotors. Also, dealing in used cars from auctions, my friend told me they were the most honest dealers around. Made my decision so much easier. I have had the car for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. Adding a 4th car to the family was initially a stressful time, but finding a great car for a great price took a lot of the stress away.

The car is perfect for me! Great price & good gas mileage. Been extremely happy with the car & South Pointe Honda. Love that I can fold the seats & haul even a 6ft ladder.

I had wanted Golf my whole life and now that I have it-it does not disappoint! It is SO much fun to drive and I have an automatic transmission! For being a smaller vehicle you can stuff a lot of things in it when needed.

I had this car for about 1 year. I purchased it as a lease return so it was well maintained. I used it for commuting to work only and was able to get to and from work on a single charge. So I've only used one tank of gas during the entire time I had it and just filled it up last week.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.
