Excellent group to work with even for an out of towner who never met in person. I found a pretty rare vehicle almost immediately after it was listed online by Genuine. Despite the fact they were obviously just receiving the vehicle, I pressed them to move forward as quickly as possible which they did. They took photos just for me and sent them over within a couple hours of my first contact. Within a couple more hours they had lined up the paperwork, and even made a couple quick changes that I requested that some dealers may have refused. Despite the fact I was purchasing from 300 miles away their proactive and professional response left me feeling very comfortable from start to finish. They delivered on every aspect quickly and exactly as I hoped. They worked directly with the auto transport company I had lined up and my vehicle arrived 48 hours later in perfect, as advertised condition. I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

I bought this car with about 88K miles on it. I knew with Subaru’s once they hit 100K+ they would require maintenance. I spent a bit over $9K for my car and have spent roughly right around the same to get it running the way it should be. The most recent problem was having to rebuild my entire engine due to major oil leaks. This car will last you a long time if you take care of it from the get go. Do not listen to dealerships and take it in for an inspection ASAP if you decide to purchase.

My wife bought me a 2016 as a gift yes it has a ton of miles but it runs and drives like a brand new car. We've had lots of road trips and no problems I'm 6,1 very comfortable even in the back seat I really like the trunk space

For me the Suzuki brand is like a beat in my heart! This brand has always been in my family. All vehicles have been Suzuki. From Suzuki forsa, samurai, Grand Vitara, Aerio, and my first Suzuki vehicle was a 2008 sx4 sedan new manual shift. I wanted to buy the hatchback but in the end I bought the sedan. I had it until 176 thousand miles. The car never gave me any problems. just maintenance and that's it. Then I bought the sportback hatchback that I wanted but 2010. But I bought that one used 3 years ago with 72 thousand miles manual shift. Excellent. 0 problems as of today's sun. I hope Suzuki returns one day because for me it has been the best car brand. I have had Lincoln, Ford, Hyundai, Kia, Toyota. and only the toyota can match the suzuki. The rest all gave me problems in less than 6 months. Sx4 is the best of all!

Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I bought my 2007 Nissan versa, hatchback used, back in 2016. It had low miles and was in very nice condition. Like most Nissans, the CVT is slow starting out, but develops excellent speed, once it shifts into the higher gears. It can hold its own on the road against larger vehicles. It is not built as well as the small Hondas, and Toyotas, but it is a good car for the money. I have close to 90 thousand miles on my versa. It's my daily driver. And, I haven't had to do much work to it, thus far. I've done tires, brakes, battery, and fluid changes. That's about it. I am running on the original engine (1.8L), original transmission (6-Speed CVT), original starter, alternator, electronic ignition system, exhaust system, Ect. Stuff will wear out, but a pretty decent car...

Great overall little commuter hatchback. We got ours a few years old with low mileage due to the options we wanted. The other reviews are kind of silly on here, complaining about a car due to lack of options selected by the buyer. Yes it wont have heated seats if you dont get the heated seat models lol. Our model is the EX, it has a sunroof, blind mirror indicator, heated seats, and a manual 6 speed transmission. Basically all features any high end model could use, I dont like leather seats due to the degradation long term. Just make sure you avoid the CVT transmission. Our area would not offer manual 6 speed on the high end trim so we had to travel out of state to get ours. Few mods added to the car to make it even better: - bi-led projector retrofit on headlights - led bulbs all around, plates, interior. - auto dim rear view mirror (easy wire in) - front facing dash cam - sirius satellite radio - winter aluminum rims (instead of steelies), summer has factory 17" aluminum black/silver combo - towing hitch (bike carrier) -- vehicle rated at 2000 lbs Overall its been very reliable, super practical with the folding seats. It gets excellent fuel efficiency and fits everywhere. Power wise, its very snappy given with a manual transmission you can control it a lot better than the sloppy CVT. The manual does 0-60mph in 8 seconds or less, which is very fast for a little car. Its not a tesla or a GTR with 130hp but its plenty for its 36-40 mpg. One issue ours had was the starter went out really early, but it was an easy change out, its a known issue. The seats are not very comfortable for long trips but thats because they are so small and its a commuter car. The cam gear also can get noisy on these at start up, so they will rattle but has no impact to performance. We have just over 100k miles on ours and its a very strong little car, will be getting another one of the final production year as this one gets higher in mileage. Again get the manual 6, you will not regret it, honda manual cars are semi automatic, the clutch is like a feather vs. a subaru for example. Totally worth it.

I have owned the car for nearly 6 yrs, and it previously was owned by the Porsche dealer's owner, so I knew it was well taken care of for the 13000 miles on it before I bought it. I have put on 62K miles and have had relatively few problems, nothing major. Normal maintenance and expenses are not cheap, but love the feel and looks of the car. Previously only owned 2 door Porsches and never thought I would buy a 4 door. Glad I got the car.

All good and the interior cargo capacity is great. The big issue is that the seatbelts get stuck at any given point, locking the passenger into position and not allowing you to readjust the belt. You have to release the belt lock and rewind it or it won’t let you move. This seems incredibly dangerous. Why hasn’t the model (Fit 2013) been recalled for this issue?

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

On a late Friday afternoon shortly before closing we pulled into this Subaru dealership with a potential dead battery. Now I realize this is not a major problem but experiencing this after hurricane issues and brain surgery, it was a big deal. Their policy is to put the vehicle thru a 2 hr test before putting a new battery in. With no loaners in sight at first and a husband not in good health we couldn’t be without a vehicle. This is when “Danny” De Angelis came to our rescue. The way he treated us at almost closing time, the care, the concern he showed us was deeply appreciated. Subaru can take pride in this gentleman who knows how to treat customers and those of us who are stressed to the max. In no way, did he “rush” us thru. My first Subaru. This is the RS model in Desert Oasis Blue. It’s a dream to drive. Fully equipped and the pick up speed is amazing. I feel incredibly safe in this car. It’s so comfortable and the air conditioning keeps me comfortable inside.
