Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

My initial experience at the Safford Brown Kia Dealership was extremely disappointing.I had an appointment with Mark Tehrani concerning the purchase of 2015 Toyota Rav 4.Upon my arrival he acted in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner(the vehicle that I went there to purchase was already sold and was not even apologetic.Luckily for me one of the managers intervened and the day had a happy ending.Mark Tehrani is not suited for this position,I’ll never recommend anyone to do business with him.

Have owned it for 3 years and I think it is brilliant. The fuel economy is staggering, witchcraft! But the most surprising is the comfort, i regularly take it on 1000 mile journeys from the UK to the Med and it's really good. Quiet, the heated/ventilated leather seats are superb, and the gearbox is excellent. The only thing that could be better is the boot cover and the plastic in the back. I guess that's where they saved some costs to keep yhe price down and frankly it's not great but perfectly adequate.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. The deal they offered was so incredible that I traveled all the way from New Jersey by Amtrak to Virginia. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because many dealerships pull bait-and-switch tactics. But not here. Saleam (Sales), Sait (Sales Manager), and Isabella (Finance) all confirmed the deal ahead of time and honored exactly what was promised. She also respected my time, wrapping up the paperwork quickly since she knew I had a four-hour trip back home. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

My experience was good. However, because the used car was not a Volkswagen, the salesperson did not know a lot of details about the Audi I purchased.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Love my Honda Fit. The back seats have 4 positions for different needs. Front is comfortable, all gadgets easy to use, love my big screen stereo, and many other features. The back hatch I have the shield which hides belongings while shopping (sold separately)
