My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

I have been wanting to purchase a CRZ when they 1st hit the market in 2010 but due to a large family I could not. Fast forward to the year 2023 and I was walking the lot at a Honda dealer looking to replace my daily commuter car when I saw a 2012 CRZ base 6 speed manual for sale for well under market value. The best part was the car had a clean carfax, only 1 owner and all service was completed at a Honda dealer every 7,000 miles. The car only had 79,000 miles and it looked new. So I bought it and had it delivered to my home. I was shocked to see how low the roofline was. The car is so small and very fun to drive. It took me a few minutes to get used to a 6 speed manual transmission but it didn't take me long due to the fact my 1st car was a Civic 4 speed manual transmission. The CRZ is VERY easy to park. Now backing up is a bit hard due to the very limited view but after many years working in a work truck with NO rear view it was no big deal. The MPG is better then any other car I have ever owned. I love the fact it only takes less than 8 gallons when I fill up the tank. Yes people stare at me standing next to their huge pickup truck putting gas in at the gas station and I pull up in this tiny CRZ and I just smile. Now the bad news. The EV battery will eventually have to be replaced and I am not sure when that will be but I doubt I will get the battery to last the next 7 years when I am due to retire. The replacement battery today is $2,300 but I will be ok with that due to the fact a tesla battery is well over $16,000 to replace. Overall I love the CRZ, it looks sporty, it drives great, great on gas, easy to park and very low to the ground. May I add I do not need a step stool to wash the roof of the car and that's a bonus. Great car and rumor has it Honda will be making a comeback with another CRZ in the near future (they just trademarked the CRZ name). History: They only made about 34,000 CRZ'z from 2010 - 2016 so these cars, some day may be worth some money.

The salesman, Gabriel Sons, was great! He was personable and courteous. I did not feel that he was out to sell me the car with high-pressure tactics. The experience was pretty pleasant overall.

This car drives very smoothly. For such a small car, you don’t feel the road. It feels like you are in an airplane. I have received many compliments from my passengers.

After shopping at several Nissan dealers in middle Tennesse over the course of a week, my husband and I decided to purchase our Rogue Sport from Nissan of Rivergate. This was our first purchase from them, but they treated us as if we were lifelong customers. Normally filling out finance paperwork is boring, but the finance manager, Zach Nguyen, made the whole process fun. Our sales consultants, Justin Garlock and Nikki Wallace, were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and SUPER helpful. Nikki spent at least 30 minutes explaining how all of the features work while Justin swapped our license plates and helped my husband transfer everything from our old car into the Rogue. As we were finishing up, the General Manager walked up and thanked us for our business, made sure that we were 100% satisfied, and presented us with a small gift of appreciation. I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic. SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book. BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.

Spectacular car, highly practical and great value for the money. Spacious and comfortable ride. The range is sufficient for my commute and errands I have to run. If needed it can go fast. Just be careful bc going 80mph or more will drain the battery quick. As long as you don't need to speed all the time it's a great car.

Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

We first went to another Carmax, told salesman what we wanted and he Then tried to sale us something else. We then came to Rivergate Carmax told them what we were looking for and the ynpointed to a part of the lot and said salesman will be the shortly. No pressure in and out within 90 minutes with new van. No money down. Will definitely come back when get ready to buy again.

It will take a week to get your car looked at because they are so busy, but they fixed my truck quickly and properly with daily updates. Great service. And I highly recommend buying the 2-3 year warrenty. I'm very very thankful I did.

Brought car in for first oil change and steering recall. Car had 700+ miles on it, and it was returned in the same perfect condition it was presented. It was even washed with care especially around the black glossy panels, not a scratch. Communcation was excellent and they listened to my concerns about the recall work. Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

I feel comfortable in the drivers seat, and love the dashboard. But I don’t like the fact that rain is caught in the door and you can hear it “swoosh” when turning. I first thought I had a gallon of juice in the back. Plus, I can’t find a cargo cover for the hatchback.

I traded in a 2011 Porsche 911S convertible for the 2020 Audi S5 convertible. The horsepower is very similar but the tall first and second gear in the 911 made it slow off the line. The S5 is VERY fast off the line - smooth power band all the way up to 100 MPH. The seats are really comfortable, everything works - always, people are always stopping me to find out what model it is and complimenting me on the great looks - quantum gray with factory 20" wheels with Carbon trim. No better sports car for $70K !!

Went in for a brake fluid change and annual service and had a great experience! Ryan W. was incredibly kind and helpful. Great at explaining things and making sure I was aware of all of my options. They even shuttled us to a store nearby while I waited for my car. I will absolutely continue to come back here, as will the rest of my family!

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year
