I bought a 2018 Nissan pro x a little over a year ago. I drove from ny to look at it it was clean except for front bumper was hit in corner and paint was scraped. They repaired the damage perfectly by the time I picked it up. I was impressed by their professionalism. The only thing that I thought was a little extravagant was the dealer fee. We negotiated a fair price and now it’s mine. I’ve had the vehicle for over a year and it is flawless. I felt I needed time to make a fair judgement of the vehicle before my review. Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

We bought a used 2002 Volvo in Excellent condition from Beau. His cars are quality and he is very honest. We came from Massachusetts to get the car and I would recommend him to anyone looking For a used car.

I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Escape. The car was in great shape and was true to it's description. Staff was friendly and all paperwork was done quickly.

I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

This car is fully loaded and had low mileage very comfortable ride beautiful interior everything you need in a daily driver it’s not a speedster but it will get you to where you going comfortably and in style I highly recommend this car.

My other half went car shopping over the weekend starting in Canton. Norma stopped at "Bertera Subaru" of Hartford. Mr Harrison went over the cars safety features with her and she wanted to take a test ride. Mr Harrison brought the vehicle around that she liked and went on the test ride. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want

I'm using this car more than one year as a family car. I was surprised there are no issues despite high mileage. Quattro makes it easy to drive especially during snowy and rainy days.

I bought this car brand new with less than 10 miles on it; few years later it’s got 50,000 miles and I haven’t had a single issue with it. I feel like most cars I’ve had don’t ever feel the same as they did brand new after you break it in. That is not the case with the Impreza, it feels the same as it did when I first drove it off the lot. This is hands down the best car I’ve ever owned and I have owned over half a dozen new and used cars.

This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.

I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!
