After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

As described and amazing car. Would be nice that it would have a small spare tire of sort but still an amazing vehicle and safety as 1st priority.

The mechanics constantly lose my screws when they are checking for air filters. I wish they would take their time to make sure the screws and bolts are back on top on things under the hood.

I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. I drive for Uber, and this is the perfect car for ride-share drivers. I did previously drove an Acura MDX which was more comfortable and luxurious, but at 21 mpg it just didn't make since. The dealer was surprised and asked if I was trading it for the Prius, I assured him I knew what I was doing. Turns out it is the smartest car I have ever owned and for me was a very smart purchase. Do not give it a 2nd thought if you are on the fence. I can get Luggage into the back that surprises people with the amount of space, way more that a sedan with a regular trunk, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable. I am averaging 54 mpg which is just phenomenal. As a bonus the maintenance and tires are way cheaper to maintain and replace too. These are built in Japan and it shows quality wise.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

Sorry, this will be a long review, but I have to tell you about a salesman I have total respect for named ROCKY at Buster Miles Ford. I live in Georgia, and contacted dealerships all over metropolitan Atlanta in search of an XL F250. Very scarce pickings because of the "computer chip" shortage affecting the auto industry nationwide. I'd been told by two dealerships in Atlanta that they had found one but were waiting for the email response from the dealership where it was located as to whether it was available and met my specifications to have it shipped to them. I waited and waited, but no response. In desperation, I decided to call outside Atlanta to Buster Miles Ford in Alabama to see if they had any trucks meeting my needs. I was luckily connected to "ROCKY!" Although he didn't have the truck I needed, I told him of my plight, and he responded with the best customer service I have ever received from someone who had nothing to gain from further effort. I told him I was waiting to hear about a truck that had been identified by two other dealerships, but they hadn't heard if it was available and they wouldn't tell me where it was. He searched nationally, and found what looked to be that exact truck. He said it was in Missouri and that dealership indicated they only communicate with others by email. He bypassed the email and called them directly to speak to someone to get a definite answer for me. When he did, he found out that it was not available and that it was actually a fleet truck already dedicated to a commercial outfit for sale. I'd still be waiting if it wasn't for ROCKY! He then said, he'd check outside of their zone of exchange to see if he could find a truck and let me know where it was and their contact information, so I could call and check it out myself. Because of the shortage he had no luck, but I can't tell you how appreciative I am to him for trying. We also discussed the low possibility of getting a new order filled within my time constraints. End of story, I eventually found my truck, but only because ROCKY helped me set a new course of direction. Again, he had nothing to gain but my respect and he has that. Only problem , it started rusting second yr on trunk window area and trunk opening . Never have had that happen before . Never had a car ever do this

We drove our 2019 SEL from CA to OH and back in July 2021. It was a perfect ride. Our cat even got to like it. The Ionic performed better than any advertisement we saw. The sticker indicates mpg @ 57. At best we got 57.6! We didn’t get 57 the whole trip, but our 5100 mile averaged was 54. I stopped leasing after 3 cars to buy this one. Best car I’ve bought in 40 years.
