Pleasant, trouble-free buying experience. Worked “the deal” remotely (found on cars.com, then via email and over the phone) on a car that we wanted and they had on the lot. Agreed on the deal then drove to Hoover on the agreed-upon day. The facilities were clean and very nice, everyone was very hospitable, and the salesperson and the finance person were easy to deal with. No problems anywhere or at any time.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

This was my first time buying a vehicle out of state and 6 hours away. The communication from the sales team prior to showing up was top notch. I received a complete walkaround of the vehicle as I requested. The vehicle was as advertised and ready for a test drive when I showed up. A few signatures and I was out the door in a timely manner (not like other dealerships). After purchase follow up was appreciated. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I own a 2014 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec. This car worked great for me in college, I maintained the car regularly and never had any engine issues. The car carried everything I needed for groceries and provided a great amount of space in the hatchback for such a small car. The car is fun and has great acceleration. I own the manual version of this car and I have never had any issues with the gears slipping or thumping. The best part of this car is the unique 3 door design that started a lot of cool conversations in college with my friends. It's the best of both worlds allowing people to get in the back without folding the seat down and not compromising in weight or style of this zippy little sports coupe.

My Subaru Forester was ideal for the task at hand. Salesman Nick, Derrick in service, Ben in mechanics covered all necessary elements. This vehicle was absolutely reliable throughout a 3,000 mile drive through British Columbia to Alaska. The team of CarMax, Hoover AL were as accommodating as possible in preparation and the drive was successful.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.

Love My 2016 Yaris, best thing the gas millage is between 34-37. This car is roomy inside for such a small size car! Performance is good to great! Does the job!

We pull behind our 34 foot rv Fiesta is 5 speed manual, no steering wheel lock, puts o miles on when pulling , great fuel economy.

This dealership is VERY picky with the quality of vehicles they bring into inventory. All the cars I've observed on their Birmingham lot are in pristine condition! I had been looking for a fairly rare model (Accord 2.0T 6-speed). All the ones I had looked at prior to finding this place were in questionable condition to say the least. The one I found at Birmingham Luxury Motors was nearly pristine!

Best car dealership ever. I have never purchased a used car, but the car I wanted is no longer made so new wasn't an option. Buick Cascada. purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.
