I purchased a 2016 Mercedes from your dealership, and after only a week of ownership, the car began having problems. The check engine light came on, and the vehicle felt as if it did not want to pull. I reached out to the dealership several times in hopes of speaking with a salesman or manager, but unfortunately, I did not receive a call back. After a few days, AJ contacted me and asked me to bring the vehicle back so it could be sent to the service department. After the car was there for about a week, I received a call explaining that the vehicle carried a 30-day/1,000-mile warranty, which had expired since the car had reached 1,600 miles. I was frustrated and asked to speak with the store manager, and that is when I was connected with Ashley. From the very beginning, Ashley demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and true dedication to customer satisfaction. She carefully listened to my concerns, explained the situation, and then went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Although the warranty had technically expired, Ashley assured me that, out of good faith, the dealership would perform a one-time goodwill repair. She acknowledged the difficulties I had gone through, including the fact that I had to bring the car back from Alabama, and she made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Because of her commitment, compassion, and willingness to help, what started as a stressful and disappointing experience turned into a positive one. Ashley showed me that customer loyalty and trust are a true priority at Mike Rezi Nissan. I am forever grateful for her support and the excellent service she provided. One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

We previously owned a Cadillac, so there was quite a difference in size and fuel consumption. We use it as a motorized shopping cart, and for what we need, it performs well. Only observation against it is the instrument panel. Very hard to see, without the lights on. Overall a great little car.

After living in a city and not owning a car for 10 years, this has been a pretty amazing car since my first ‘99 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I bought my 2018 Tesla S 75D used in April 2021 for $52k with about 35k miles on it. I saw similar models go for as high as 65k when used car prices went berzerk shortly after and now down to the 30s… But what I love about my car, that is a unique option for 2018, is having both the retractable sunroof and FSD capability. 2018, if my memory is correct, it is the last year a sunroof was available and the first year that the car had the hardware to handle FSD level software. And speaking of FSD, I do think calling it “Full Self Driving” is not really an appropriate description, it still gets a lot closer to autonomous than any other car brand out there currently (Jan 2024), and I don’t think it gets the credit it deserves. I can’t/shouldn’t lose focus of the road, but it does make longer drives a breeze. I don’t trust it completely and sometimes I intervene at times, but for the most part it takes a lot less mental energy out of driving and makes it that much more enjoyable. It’s as close to being a passenger while driving as I’ve gotten. As far as cons, I don’t have the long range battery and I live in the NYC area so when it is cold out especially, I might only get 3/4 of the estimated miles in actual miles. Fortunately it is garage kept at an apt building and probably doesn’t get below 50 degrees in there, and I lay $40/mo fixed to use the shared EV chargers in the building. There’s only few times I’m going on long enough drives to need to charge as long as I remember to charge it fully before going…. But looking back, I do think the longer range option would have been worthwhile. Some other highlights/things I like: - Premium sound option is great, has a small sub on the trunk and high quality mid/high end with a good EQ, so you tweak it to your liking and the quality will hold up all the way to level 11 (a Spinal Tap reference and one of many, many “easter eggs”). - This year was before the yolk steering wheel and pop out screen.. The screen in this year is gigantic, and the brightness adjustments and dark mode option make it less distracting than it sounds. - It’s FAST. I don’t have the ludacrous mode option but it’s still 0-60 in 4.2, and is oh so smooth and quiet on its way up. It also has a lot of “jerk” when you’re wanting to go from 40-60 or something like that too. (Fun math nerd fact- Jerk is the 2nd derivative of velocity and first derivative of acceleration. It’s how quickly acceleration accelerates.) - It’s a big car. The passenger space feels more like a 7 series BMW than a 5 series. And since it’s a hatchback style, it can haul a lot of stuff and some larger items more easily when you fold down the back row. Overall, I think it’s the best sedan on the market, and until another brand matches or surpasses Tesla’s “autopilot” capabilities, I’ll hold onto mine for as long as I can.

My previous car was a 2014 Prius. The 2018 has added safety features which are very valuable, & has even better mileage, and a very smooth drive --handles well. However, there is less trunk & glove box space, & it is more complicated to work some of the features, such as setting the clock. On the 2014, all I had to do was press the hr & min buttons. On the 2018, I had to watch a youtube a few times, & then it took me a few tries to reset the clock.

Was provided good service with them. I went to check out a Nissan Sentra for my daughter but came out with 2020 Kia Soul which was better/ comfortable car. Smooth finance team and process. My only advice is if you buy a Kia make sure you know if your current insurance will cover the car and look at the cost. That was my mistake (it was on a Sunday) because I was told things were good with insurance company's covering Kia. I was going to return the Kia and get something else because they don't have a return policy. But, my daughter loves the car but will trade it in about 5 months and get something else from Atlanta Used Cars.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. After owning many Nissan LEAFs over the years (Canadians kept buying them from me), the newer body style in 2018 release was a total winner. Better looking and the ride is definitely more refined, and our 2022 is flawless. These cars are the best kept secret in motoring. They are a HUGE value, and would be a great only car, but in almost all instances, the PERFECT second vehicle. They cost almost nothing to drive and maintain, and the insurance is also very reasonable.

I just retired and got my XLE 7 months ago. I was lucky to get it. Someone else decided to pass on it. I have some upgrades like the 12 inch screen and glass top. I would have never purchased a Pruis before this new model. So far, I absolutely love it. I don’t drive it like a sports car, so I am getting 53.5 to 54,5 mpg. It is amazing to spend $12 dollars on gas every two weeks instead of $30 to $40 every week like I use to. I really love the design. I have cutting edge silver. It isn’t quite as luxurious as other cars I have had but that wasn’t why I purchased it. I think it can last me the rest of my life.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

We were greeted right away as we exited our car. The salesman was polite and informative. He gave us plenty of alone time to look at the car we were interested in and answered our questions afterwards. There were a lot of cars options in the lot in all price ranges. I believe they also offer financing on many of the vehicles.

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

Bought my 2021 Velo N in Dec of 2020; have had no problems at all with it. I find it considerbly ore entertaining than the 2008 Corvette that I traded in for it. Those who'va haad issues with this car are ones who have modded it. Leave it stock.
