I want to provide some feedback on an awesome sales consultant (Berlin McKay). It has been about 9 years since I was looking at vehicles and really hated talking to sales personnel and being able to believe/trust them. BUT, I had the best experience while looking at different models of Toyota's. Berlin was patient, respectful and kind through the whole process. It's been a while since I've met such a genuine "Good Guy"! Berlin assisted me in the whole process and was patient even when I didn't have all the details, paperwork and answers. He assisted me with cleaning out my Highlander, no matter how long it took. I remembered: my Highlander's title was in my gun safe, no problem, right? I haven't accessed it for over a year. The lesson is: make sure the battery is changed out yearly! This whole process, experience impressed me and I would recommend Berlin and CMA Martinsburg to anyone. At this time, I really wanted to express the Sales Consultant knowledge with the business, product and paperwork was great! Everyone was awesome from the first visit to the end. I am enjoying my Tacoma TRD Sport!!! What a great experience!

The car will work for someone with a small budget and desire a comfortable reliable ride. I recommend you buy it from a truly solid dealer that knows how to fix it with out excuses.

We had an excellent experience with the repair of our Volvo. Andre is always very responsive. He even arranged for a loaner vehicle at short notice.

Sales process was very transparent and timely. The car was delivered to my home as promised.

My previous car was a 2014 Prius. The 2018 has added safety features which are very valuable, & has even better mileage, and a very smooth drive --handles well. However, there is less trunk & glove box space, & it is more complicated to work some of the features, such as setting the clock. On the 2014, all I had to do was press the hr & min buttons. On the 2018, I had to watch a youtube a few times, & then it took me a few tries to reset the clock.

Audi service department is fantastic. I have been here several times and both myself and my car leave happy. Reasonable pricing and always clear about work being done.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

My husband and I were interested in a used 2023 Niro at CMA’s Toyota of Martinsburg. We decided to drive two hours to see the car. We would give a five-star for this dealership. Everyone was friendly and pleasure to work with. Joe was our salesman. He was super helpful and attentive. He’s professionalism made our car buying experience very simple. Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.

Bought 2017 Mazda3 Touring 6 Speed Manual new. It now has 180k miles. Fun to drive, great on fuel, great handling (Way better than Toyota Corolla), more than enough technology including Android Auto & Apple Car Play, easy on maintenance, very reliable (More reliable than Toyota in my opinion)

I had a oil change and transmission check. The work was done quickly. The service lane assistant Alli Smith was very professional.All work was done well.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

I drive for Uber, and this is the perfect car for ride-share drivers. I did previously drove an Acura MDX which was more comfortable and luxurious, but at 21 mpg it just didn't make since. The dealer was surprised and asked if I was trading it for the Prius, I assured him I knew what I was doing. Turns out it is the smartest car I have ever owned and for me was a very smart purchase. Do not give it a 2nd thought if you are on the fence. I can get Luggage into the back that surprises people with the amount of space, way more that a sedan with a regular trunk, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable. I am averaging 54 mpg which is just phenomenal. As a bonus the maintenance and tires are way cheaper to maintain and replace too. These are built in Japan and it shows quality wise.

We love the prius after owning a 2007 model. The 2015 is a step up and we got it at a good price for low mileage to hold us until plug-in mile range improves.

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

Wow! This was the best experience in purchasing a vehicle my husband and I have ever had! I bought my first new car in 1977 if that tells you how long I have been buying cars! Matt was so fantastic! It's unfortunate the previous owners of the recent reviews had terrible ownership experiences . I have used this car for nearly four years without a single problem. Fun to drive, very spirited, great gas mileage, and outstanding handling at highway speeds. At 95,000 miles, no squeaks, wind noise, or rattles. its still very solid. Would highly recommend if you find a well cared for one. My only complaint is you would be hard pressed to fit four ave. size people at one time. But on the plus side it can fit in small spaces.
