Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

We have a 1.6T. It has all of the performance we need but turns into a 40+ mpg car on long trips. It is the ultimate GT car.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. Had looked, read reviews on cars, and looked at histories, for several months on line. Visited several lots encountered a couple that I did not trust to stand behind their cars. But felt comfortable with Cleveland Fords dependability. BUT did not like that they told me one price only to go in and sign paperwork to find out they tacked on almost $1,400 for a package they put on all used cars. They did remove so bought car and very happy with it.

Bought it based on father's review of his happy to say I'm glad I went with it great vehicle with great fuel mileage. Plenty of leg room as I'm very tall and came with great options.

Over all great experience (again) this was the 3rd or 4th car purchased with them and we will be using them when we decide to trade ours in. Absolutely loved working with Lamar. Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

They service both of our vehicles. Once is a Lexus and the other is a Cadillac. We've had both services 3 times each and could not ask for better service. They are always on time and consistent. They do great work!

I bought a used car from them. When I was driving it home, something popped in the engine. Car started running bad. When got home I called them and they sent a wrecker to pick it up. The car is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space, the trunk is huge. There is ventilation in the front and back, multiple charging places, and all the great safety features.

I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord around August 2023, and within two months, the car locked up on me. I had to get it towed back to the dealership for inspection, and needless to say, I was not happy at all. This vehicle had just 13 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. The dealership looked it over and informed me that they needed to order a part to fix it. I was frustrated because I didn't want the same car I had just purchased, especially since it shouldn't have broken down so soon. I asked for a new vehicle, which was my main concern. My sales consultant, James Mathews, sat down with me to discuss the situation. He spoke with his supervisor and returned to let me know that everything would be taken care of. I must mention that he is a very respectful and helpful person. Honda of Cleveland took great care of me, and I ultimately received a new vehicle. On top of that, my payments and interest rates were lowered. I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.
