The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

When we first walked into the dealership Sammy Nasr met us at the front door. It was obvious he was waiting on us as he had to cold, refreshing bottles of water for my wife and I. This is something I've never experienced before. Then as we dug into the purchase details, he walked us thru the process, explaining everything as we went along. I've bought numerous vehicles over the years for my wife and I and our kids. This is the most relaxed and trusting I've experienced. Sammy also shared with me some details where I could save additional money that had nothing to do with my vehicle purchase. By taking my Bill of Sale to the Motor Vehicles, I could save $500. Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

The plug-in is what I really wanted. An outstand car, the battery is way to small. A full electric car is not the best choise for driving in Colo and Wy. The Prius is the best of both worlds

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

This was a very easy and actually enjoyable experience! The enjoyable part was unexpected. My salesman, Isaac Castro, phoned me to discuss what I wanted in this purchase. He found the car I wanted and forwarded the details. When I arrived at the dealership, we went over my preferred equipment again, test drove and then completed paperwork. No hassles. No upsells. The financing paperwork was also quick since Isaac had already discussed everything with her. I’ve purchased a fair amount of vehicles in the past. This was the smoothest yet. I've dealt with better. Not completely negative of an experience. Not the best either. Their service dept seems to be slacking. How do you put a car on a lot for sale with a check engine light on? I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

I was looking to replace my 2009 HHR that was in great shape. It was my "forever car". I found it at Kirk auto, after looking within 3 states. The selection of used cars on the lot were all in great condition and the owner was amazing! When he says no additional fees he means it. Had car 8 yrs only trouble I had was upper o2 snsir went out. Still runs like a kitten.Great sound system, easy steering wheel control. Drive it from Louisiana to North Carolina once a year great gas mileage.

This is a fuel efficient and modest car. It achieves 98hp has a 9 gallon tank and an automatic transmission. The LS has crank windows and old fashioned key-lock doors. You can haul a reasonable load in the back seat and hatch or even three other people, though it might be somewhat cramped. It appears to be designed for urban commuters, but I've driven it some decent distances and in all seasons now and it seems to up the challenge of all weather and (paved) terrains. The onboard technology (radio, backup camera, and internet connectivity--with Apple Play and Android Auto) is surprisingly good. Its small size makes it fit easily into small spaces. It was discontinued in 2022, so there should be parts for awhile and prices are coming down. If you need a second car, give this one some consideration.

I knew what I was going on the lot for and was hoping for a fast, easy sale. Jess Thomas (my salesman) was incredibly cordial (both on the phone and in-person), met me at the door and was ready to go. He was thorough with everything, up front with the Carfax report, and answered any of my questions. He also had the patience of a saint when my phone was acting up while I was trying to get a picture of my previous vehicle's insurance brought up. They didn't try to throw on a bunch of costly bells and whistles like at other places, either. Now, my RS7 drives like a dream—better than ever, and I didn’t realize how much I was missing until it was repaired. While I hope I won’t need any significant repairs in the future, I know that for all my maintenance and service needs, Audi Shawnee Mission, and specifically Michele, will be my first choice. The care, respect, and understanding I received made a stressful situation much more manageable. Michele made me feel valued, not just another customer to be pushed aside. Bought it new. Taken several road trips with and no problems ever. I still own and drive it . Love the gas milage. I get 32 mpg around my town and upto 40mpg on open road. Cargo space is tricky. Only drawback is back seats will not flatten in order to extend cargo space.

I've only had the car for a week, but gets great gas mileage. If you can believe the mileage on the dash I'm getting 38.8 mpg. It isn't a speed demon but has good pickup for a 4 cyl car. I do notice hesitation when shifting into drive but it I attribute that to lack of power. It does fine getting me where I need to go.

I want to start up by saying, I am not a "car person". I do know, is a 5'2 female, this car feels like it was made for me. It gets amazing gas mileage, and you can park in a sidewalk square if needed. Yes, it does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it at all, but it does have the Android auto / Apple Auto feature which I love, at the same time as having roll up Windows. It is perfect for in town and highway driving. I drove it all the way to Georgia from Illinois with no problem. And my 6'5 son fits comfortably in the passenger seat as well, as well as plenty of room in the backseat and trunk for groceries or luggage.

What usually is a tense experience turned out to be stress free. Salesman was patient and kind. I would recommend this lot with a thumb’s up.
