I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

Fabulous car gets me anywhere I love it. It is a 2013 and still feels new to me. I love the storage and small size of car. Very safe.

Two auto shops told me that I would need new brakes pads and rotors replaced for the front brakes. Quotes were provided about how much it would cost to do so. I decided to reach out to Venice Honda and asked how much would it cost for that; the provided price was lower! So, I took my car to Honda Dealership and told the advisor what my car needed...he asked me why would new rotors be needed based on the historical records of my vehicle? I told him that I was told by the two auto shops I went to. Long story short, my advisor had my car inspected and called me back and said I didn't need new rotors since it could be resurfaced, which would save me 50% without new rotors. I also got the fuel injector cleaning service done the same day. I had the price for that as well from the other two shops I went to..., and I decided to do it with Honda, which was also cheaper than the other two auto shops. My advisor also told me that nothing else is needed for my car today, and he provided me with a list of what will be required for the next visit...no pressure on getting stuff that doesn't need to be done then and there. I will come to Honda Venice for all services from now on...not just the regular maintenance...Oh, I was calling around to get a price on new brake pads and rotors replaced for my car; not a single auto shop in the area could beat Venice Honda for the same service price. I recommended Venice Honda! My advisor was Joe Cordaro; he was awesome, great...and funny too. Advisor Anthony Denby was also very helpful and polite when assisting me with my questions regarding the prices of the services I needed. I would recommend these two when you need to visit Venice Honda :) Their customer service is genuinely welcoming and exceptional...everyone is so nice!

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

Went in today for a check up on my battery , which was purchased in 2019 from this service center. Check was performed and as I suspected it was not performing up to par. Was replaced and used what was left of the warranty , also let me know my cabin filter was dirty and has not been changed for 2 years. As I have all my serviced performed here at the Venice Honda Dealer, ever since I purchase it there , they keep records of service performed and I feel I can trust the mechanics. As for me they are Great .

I am writing to commend Brandon Sharp for his outstanding service at AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers. Initially, I use your website on December 9, 2025, to submit my vehicle?s VIN for an appraisal, but the system returned a $0 valuation, which caused me to nearly abandon in the process. Fortunately, Brandon reached out via text and email to inform me the website submission hadn?t been received correctly. I provided him with my VIN and mileage, and he quickly sent me an offer. I was hesitant to travel 32 miles per an inspection, concerned the offer might decrease upon physical review (as noted in the fine print), especially since I had a standing local offer. My car has decent gas mileage— about 40 mpg with a bit less when driving predominantly in town. It fits my petite frame very well but my husband, who is larger, says he is comfortable driving it as well and actually owns his own fit. The car has good visibility and is responsive on the road. It takes curves well, and the acceleration is more than sufficient for entering the freeway and it responds well when a quick maneuver is needed. I love this car more than any other car I have had.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.
