Honestly, they really do want to make their customers happy!!! They even check up on you and the car months after you purchased!!! I purchased a car and now my family goes to them because the inventory and price is the best what we have seen yet!!!

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

I called about a truck that was for sale. Jeff answered the phone and told me it was still for sale. I asked him to hold it for me. I went right down to see it and he was very helpful. I bought the truck and Jeff showed me how it worked. He got me Kim Greene to fill out the paper work . It was getting late and I can not see good enough to drive at night. Jeff said he would have it delivered the next morning to my house in Sevierville. It was there by 8am. Both were great to work with. I have never gone to a better place to buy a vehicle. They added some running boards to it. When I was ready to leave the truck was ready to go. I have told my friends about Fox and how wonderful they were.

I'd been trying to place an order with my authorized MB dealer for over a year but not for this car; rather, it was for an E53 Cabriolet in the same colors and premium interior. Due to the chip shortage and the transition to electric cars there simply were few allocations available for the E53 Cabriolet so when my dealer received a special order model - Rubellite Red Special Edition - they offered it to me and one look and I was smitten. It's a far cry from a convertible but more than makes up for it by virtues of its own. I've owned the predecessor to the AMG GT 4-door (the CLS63S) but was surprised at the nimble and surefooted handling of this big and heavy car! While this new model is a hybrid with less HP than my old CLS63S, it is plenty powerful and fast enough for the kind of driving I do around town. The car I traded in was a 2018 C63S Cabriolet and even though that car was smaller, lighter and more powerful, I find the GT53 to handle better and accelerate almost as well so whatever difference there is in the weight/power ratio is negligible. The GT53 is more refined than the C63S so the exhaust is more muted and I'd prefer a little more of that sound making it into the cockpit but on the other hand, the GT53 makes for a smoother and quieter ride than the C63S which more than makes up for not getting all the pops and bangs from the exhaust during spirited driving and downshifting. My only gripe is that despite the plush look of the diamond-quilted seats, they are quite firm and I wish there were more cushion in the seat bottom. There is a lot to learn about the infotainment system but using "Hey Mercedes" certainly is helpful. I've only had the car a short while so I can't comment further just yet but so far, the honeymoon phase is in full swing.

drives like a sporty spaceship.. feels like levitating on the road. super tight steering, classic bmw feel - sticks to the road, nice turbo feel. if you have the M Sport package, great sporty appearance

10/26/2025. Had issue with 2023 AUDI Q7. I had engine light came on, constantly running radiator fan and a very low cooling temperature. Call on Thursday and make appointment for Friday morning. When I brought car to the service, it took 5 min to complete the registration. Russell helped me with this problem, gave me clear explanation of the different scenarios and expected time for the inspection and repair. Because it was short notice for the appointment, dealership didn't have loaner cars available, but Russell managed to have someone to give me ride home (I live in proximity). in less than an hour I had a phone call from him about the problem; there were the failed thermostat and the temperature sensor. They had both parts in stock. By 4pm same day my car was ready to pick up. They've done repairs, test drive, multi-point inspection, and complimentary wash. Work was done quickly and flawlessly. It was covered by the manufacturing warranty. Also, I had all the answers to my additional questions. I worked with Russell a few times on both of my cars and every time he is taking care of my cars and me in very friendly and professional manners, Also want to thank the Mechanics who work on my car to service and repair it. I want to start up by saying, I am not a "car person". I do know, is a 5'2 female, this car feels like it was made for me. It gets amazing gas mileage, and you can park in a sidewalk square if needed. Yes, it does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it at all, but it does have the Android auto / Apple Auto feature which I love, at the same time as having roll up Windows. It is perfect for in town and highway driving. I drove it all the way to Georgia from Illinois with no problem. And my 6'5 son fits comfortably in the passenger seat as well, as well as plenty of room in the backseat and trunk for groceries or luggage.

Simple, no haggle. Car was clean, actually had new tires on it which was a total surprise. Financing took until the next day, but not the dealership's fault.

I had wanted Golf my whole life and now that I have it-it does not disappoint! It is SO much fun to drive and I have an automatic transmission! For being a smaller vehicle you can stuff a lot of things in it when needed.

Look, if you dont know about the virtues of the GTI, you really need to go drive one. This is the total package, a great combination of speed, handling and practicality. This is the mature, grown up way to inject enthusiasm into your daily commute, while still being able to show up at your In-laws place and look respectable. They'll never know that you can blow the doors off a lot of boy racers on the way there. Bottom line: If youre looking for a car that will make runs to Costco and then put a smile on your face on the back roads home, this is your best bet.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.
