The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

It was pure coincidence that while being in NY/CT/NJ for a month that I happened across Acura of Ramsey and a car I was interested in. I sent an inquiry on a Saturday and Elbio D’Onofrio replied (called me) shortly thereafter. After exchanging some pleasantries, I then asked to speak with the amiable General Sales Manager Justin Agamie. Justin promptly called me and we set up an appointment to meet the following Monday. A handshake and one hour later…BAM…I bought the car I was interested in. Yes, it’s that easy when dealing with professional, proficient and personable people like this!

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Excellent vehicle using technology and consideration for human comforts. Lane keep assist is developing each year. Cruise control distance features are well designed. Would I buy it again? Absolutely.

In 2021, I purchased my 3rd Buick Encore from Hudson. They made the process so easy. I admit during this period of COVID was an issue and the supply of new cars was limited. Thankfully the dealer did have an Encore that was in my price range. It wasn't the color I wanted but beggars can't be choosers during this period. They worked with me to fit my budget. In fact, my lease fee was less than my previous vehicle. So I was quite happy.

This is my second A7 and it is an outstanding vehicle. I own a 2019 Prestige model. I'm glad I chose Audi over the other competitors.

The plug-in is what I really wanted. An outstand car, the battery is way to small. A full electric car is not the best choise for driving in Colo and Wy. The Prius is the best of both worlds

Matthew Tuchman was wonderful! He gave me the lease deal I wanted. I returned my Honda Sport Accord (9400 miles) for a 2025 Honda Accord SE. Matt made me feel at home at DCH & really Delivered Customer Happiness for me. When my remote keys did not work, he told me to call Roadside who arrived in 25 minutes & towed my car to DCH. Matt had my 2 remotes recalibrated & a brand new battery in the car. He then drove the car to my home (another car followed to take him back to DCH) told me what he did & made me very happy. Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

The service department is always excellent. Even though I did not purchase my new vehicle at this location in 2022 (not by choice, but because inventory of new vehicles of my preferred model was very scarce at the time) they still offer all the benefits of the warranty and extended service plans I signed up for during my purchase elsewhere - making for great Toyota brand loyalty. I work closer to this dealership than the one I purchased from, so it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy working with this dealership right from my first visit. I especially appreciate the shuttle service they offer to take me home and back when there is going to be a long service procedure. Also, I have a choice to schedule online or by phone, and I like having both options. Finally, the explanatory videos taken by the technicians when they have finished the job are great to have both at the time, and later at home when I want to review and fully understand what they said once more.

It's a nice car, considering the deal we got on it!!! It runs really good and hopefully, our daughter will be able to drive it back and forth to ATL

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

This car is overall great to own. I have an XSE trim, and though I would've liked to have XSE Premium's features, those are minor gripes at worst. Daily commutes are a breeze. I have a bit of a light foot while driving but it's easy to merge into traffic even in EV mode (161hp compared to 220hp in hybrid mode). Steering feels grounded and relative to how much effort should be put into turning. The braking is also good; it feels linear without any jolts or sponginess. The engine can get noisy if the battery's low (less than 25%) but it's seldom been an issue for me. Changing the drive mode to Sport makes regenerative braking slightly stronger and steering slightly heavier. I average about 4.8mi/kWh (161.7MPGe) and 56MPG. Road trips are also great in this vehicle. The EPA estimate for this vehicle's trim is 39 electric miles and 50MPG. I get about 40 miles with cruise control on, and MPG in the mid-high 50s or low 60s with good weather. Ride quality is smooth and there's no shaking when going over small bumps. The seats are comfortable up front even over long periods of time. It's a bit low getting in (especially in the back). Rear seats are a little snug; I'm 5'10½" and can fit well enough with a tiny bit of room to stretch my legs. I can fit my hand between my head and the ceiling, so anyone who's taller or has larger hair should stick to the front. Visibility is good overall. I had to adjust the steering wheel column down some to clearly see the dashboard information but it isn't uncomfortable to me. Outward visibility great out of the front and sides, but the rear window is pretty small. I would've opted for XSE Premium's digital rearview mirror if I frequently hauled larger things around. Cargo space and storage is pretty decent for the class. I can fit two midsize suitcases in the back with the tonneau cover on. The front and rear cupholders can hold 20oz travel mugs and the bottle holders in the doors can hold a 22fl oz can. The center console can hold a good amount of small objects and the tray in the middle can be removed for more space. All in all, I'd recommend the Prius to anyone looking for a small vehicle. The regular one is better on gas and has a bit more cargo space, but if you're able to regularly plug in, i'd say go for the PHEV variant.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?
