My former car was having several mechanical problems and I was desperate for a solution. Although Herrnstein Hyundai was wonderful during the service work process on that vehicle and took good care of me, the car was continuing to have some issues so I decided it was time to trade-in. Jenny Martin was my salesperson and she was fantastic. She helped me find a 2026 Kona and never pressured me at all - she just listened to what I needed and got me in the price range I asked for. My drivers side mirror is loose and rattling on bumps on road. Was accused of wrecking my truck causing damage with no signs of damage to my mirror. I was kinda insulted by the fact my truck was never in a wreck and causing any damage. By the way my truck only has 13,170 miles on it. Under warranty. I get the feeling that the dealership doesn?t want to take care of warranty issues.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.
