After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Sean walked through all of the repairs with a no pressure attitude focusing on the problem reported and some other important issues noted in the visual inspection. The service tech provided a video walkthrough of the issues and a visual inspection. Sean kept me up to date on the progress via text. The service was complete and delivered as expected.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

The initial day we went to look, we were very happy leaving. We found something we loved, and Deb was amazing! We went back to do paperwork a few days later with Roger, who was also great to work with, and were told we could pick it up 24-48 hrs later. Friday came and there was a slight mix-up, but Eric and Deb took full responsibility for this mix-up and worked with us to fix it. Deb came in on her day off and we drove our car home the next day. Cannot say enough great things about the customer service here! Thank you for making our car-buying experience a good one!

I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

No fancy show room or salesmen in suits fawning all over you. If you want an inexpensive used Telsa Model S or Prius this is the place to go. Dan knows everything about these cars. Got a 2014 Tesla model s at a great price and in great shape. Everything works. After I agreed to buy the car, Dan gave me a few extra accessories at no cost and sat with me to configure the car. Nice car, nice guy, great price!

I have owned 14 cars and this is the best car I have ever owned by far, my commute is 104 miles per day and it's saving me a ton of cash. My Model S P85 is a 2013 on it's original battery. I would not hesitate to buy another one. We are saving up now for my wife's new EV

He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Quick, easy service. Loaner vehicle as promised. Sean was helpful and courteous. The video sent showed there was no problem when I thought there was one. Main issue was fixed and my car was done the next day.

I knew what kind of vehicle I was looking for and SEM had just what I wanted. They were very simplistic in their sales with no high pressure or fast talking. I either wanted the vehicle or I didn't. They answered my questions and helped me fill out the paperwork. It took a few days for the car to be ready as they had to give it their inspections and complete the paperwork, but it was ready when they said it would be. Since I was buying a used vehicle, I decided to purchase the warranty and am I glad I did. As with every older vehicle there can be maintenance problems, but SEM was extremely helpful and conscientious in making sure my vehicle was in proper working order. They were happy to listen to my concerns and help me figure out what exactly was wrong and they fixed it far better than I could have expected. Their sales and customer service are exemplary. My son needs a new car and I will be returning to SEM as I know I can expect the best sales and service. I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.
