I think, thought, and over thought this purchase trying to look at every possible angle of why get this vehicle. They had no pressure to buy. They answered any and all questions. They kept offering water/snacks and other amenities for comfort. But no pushy pressure. Patience should be in their title. It was a better experience than I’ve had at other dealerships. Final choice was the iD.4 which they explained everything up front and worked with me to iron out a deal. I tried to look for clues to them being shady or sneaky but it wasn’t there. It's unfortunate the previous owners of the recent reviews had terrible ownership experiences . I have used this car for nearly four years without a single problem. Fun to drive, very spirited, great gas mileage, and outstanding handling at highway speeds. At 95,000 miles, no squeaks, wind noise, or rattles. its still very solid. Would highly recommend if you find a well cared for one. My only complaint is you would be hard pressed to fit four ave. size people at one time. But on the plus side it can fit in small spaces.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

This was the easiest car buying experience I have had. They took me to the car I was interested in. Keys were there, we drove it right away. The price was competitive, the financing was lightning quick. They washed it while I was signing and I was out of there in under an hour. They even drove me to turn in my rental car so I could just drive my new car home and surprise the family. First class business.

We love the prius after owning a 2007 model. The 2015 is a step up and we got it at a good price for low mileage to hold us until plug-in mile range improves.

Car is surprisingly compliant, I’ve had a few big Audis and vws with low profile tires and this car is really comfortable in comfort mode, took it immediately to a private event at Palmer a few weeks back and the car in stock form did fabulously, definitely lives up to the hype.... and then some. Only downside so far is the lack of options for tires since this car has odd-sized tires, non oem wheels are out of the question, the car has zero torque steer, aftermarket wheels would make all the magic go away. Also, 30mpg is a big plus. I traded my 2011 Range Rover sport for this and honestly the Honda rides better. Leaving the car stock will be the main goal, the car to my eyes is absolutely perfect and livable for daily duties. One thing I’ve noticed lately is that the car has not stopped from appreciating. Future classic is an understatement.

The only prob I really had, was that I really needed a loaner/rental and never got one. Granted, the service I rec'd from Matthew mostly made up for that. He was the first service writer out of 7 yrs worth, that listened to me and did all he could to determine the issues with my Rogue. I honestly could have hugged him (but Covid), because I am just so thankful I had an ear from someone that heard what I was saying and took it in and diagnosed it accordingly. This is my second Rogue I've owned and both have had AC issues and I am happy to report, my AC has worked perfectly since picking my car back up. Also, they only had my car for about 4 days total taking the weekend into account. Will gladly bring my vehicle back as long as I can deal with Matthew.

The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
