Been looking on line for next vehicle for over 2 years. An accident forced me to finally act. Subaru has a great reputation. I bought a Forester. The hight of the seat was important as I get older. Just slide in, no ups or crawling down. I wanted a vehicle that provided some utility and great gas mileage. The Forester had it all. I inquired on a special order times and was told 9 to 12 weeks. Told Patrick exactly what I wanted. Then I had the accident. A few days later Patrick called and told me a Forester with my description was being built and would be available in 2 to 3 weeks. All I had to do is come in and put $1,000 down and they would put my name on it. All went like clock works. Very satisfied with the purchase at Napleton Subaru. Car drives like a dream. More electronics than I could imagine.

Got my spring green iM in 2020 with 35k miles, it is now July 2023 and still love it. has 58k miles now and is basically a new car (garaged) still! ill be keeping it for years and years to come.

My Fiancé was talking with Brandon, (General Manager)for about a month or so on the Mercedes G Wagon. Brandon was awesome, and a very respectable gentleman. I LOVE THIS CAR. It has been extraordinarily reliable. We have owned this car for 10 + years and have had to invest less than 300 dollars in it outside of normal maintence (oil, tires, etc). I would Highly recommend this car to someone looking for a SOUND car, with a beautiful exterior BODY, at a GREAT PRICE.

Excellent, Great economical vehicle over 40 mpg All highway use.It's move's a little on a windy day,but still over 40mpg @68-70mph. It works great for me as i commute 155miles per day.

I want to start up by saying, I am not a "car person". I do know, is a 5'2 female, this car feels like it was made for me. It gets amazing gas mileage, and you can park in a sidewalk square if needed. Yes, it does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it at all, but it does have the Android auto / Apple Auto feature which I love, at the same time as having roll up Windows. It is perfect for in town and highway driving. I drove it all the way to Georgia from Illinois with no problem. And my 6'5 son fits comfortably in the passenger seat as well, as well as plenty of room in the backseat and trunk for groceries or luggage.

The best combination of AWD 4-door hot hatch with 6-SP manual. Rear 0-100% torque vectoring is a huge technical advancement. Powerful and economical 313 HP 4-cylinder. The Golf R is a true sleeper. M2 performance in. a low-key wrapper.

Great, friendly staff and fast service. Clean location. Had a maintenance plan, that I believe should have been long expired, but I still had a free oil change on it. They still honored it. Great customer service!

Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

The car is awesome and fun to drive! The only downfall is that the car would be even better if the mileage would be at 300 per charge. I would buy this car again if I was to buy another vehicle. This is my first EV and as a result I am impressed as i have driven a Rivian and Tesla before. Those are fun EVs as well but the Polestar 2 hugged me with supreme fit. I am 6'2", 215 lbs and I had no issues with getting in and out of the Polestar front seats. The backseats, not so fitting. :-) All in all i would recommend this Polestar 2 EV!

I bought my 2016 Cmax energi SEL in 2021 with 40k on it. After a year, I now have 60 k driven over the Rockies 3x and Cascades x2 and use it locally for drives from 40 to 70 km average. I use a 220 volt charger. The best mileage comes when the weather is between 15-20C. when I averaged 3.6L/100km. This is not the most fuel efficient hybrid, nor is it the worst, but bang for buck and enjoyable ride ...it's great! Driving in the city is best on electrical mode, sometimes I get +50 km on a charge, but mostly around 35 km. A tank of fuel, (55l) can last 800-1000 km of driving. Driving is fun! Very easy to pass other vehicles on the highway without worrying. Hard to tell when the vehicle shifts between electric and ICE. Lots of headroom and space for back seat passangers. I can pack the back with lots of stuff....yes..the battery takes up room, but I always get stuff in. Build quality is okay, noticed a few glitches in parts fitting together and I did have the AC wire harness fall apart. Bottom line....I love this car and it saved me tons of money in fuel costs

Let me begin by saying I have been looking for this dream car of mine for 2 years now, after countless hours with countless different dealerships, I finally found what I was looking for... a gorgeous gray metallic Genesis G80 Sport AWD V6 3.3L Turbo...365HP Luxury Sedan, CPO, Certified Pre Owned Genesis, heads up display, front, rear and side mirror cameras, Android auto, the works! Took months of dealing with dealerships, and the Salesman that helped me at Algonquin was so patient with me... You can't find these in my side of the country, they're all in the East coast, I was an out of state buyer from Colorado and tons of dealerships and their salesmen wrote me off but not this one, many not taking me seriously... but Casey from Algonquin Hyundai was the hero I needed... Even after times when the deal fell through, he would follow up with me, making sure he was still there to help me with this purchase... finally after a couple months and all the stars lined up, it was time to make the purchase, and Casey's steadfast dedication to make sure I was taken care of paid off. I literally bought the car, without even seeing it, just from pictures, from Colorado, then flew out to pick it up. They FedEx'ed me the paperwork, I signed it, sent it back then flew out to Chicago to pick it up and drove it back. Not only that, Casey himself picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the dealership 1 hour away! Talk about Genesis customer service! What do you expect when a luxury fully loaded 2022 4 door sedan goes for 58k when it's new you're buying primo goods... and mine was a 2018! Purchased a used Audi recently and was very happy with the sales person, Sabina. She was patient, knowledgeable, and communicated very well (responsive). Ended up financing because we were out-of-state buyers. The finance manager was fantastic and worked quickly. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Here’s why I only rated 4 stars - there was some sketchy deferred maintenance that was not addressed prior to offering the car for sale. Notably mismatched front tires and 4mm rear brake pads. The dealers own tech inspection sheets noted the need for immediate attention to the rear brakes, but they were not replaced. Mismatched tires, in my opinion, are also a safety issue. I can only imagine these issues were not addressed to maximize profit and that’s okay as long as the car is priced right. And it was, BUT I can’t imagine a less than 2% change in price would have stopped a sale. Safety is paramount.

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

I own a 2014 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec. This car worked great for me in college, I maintained the car regularly and never had any engine issues. The car carried everything I needed for groceries and provided a great amount of space in the hatchback for such a small car. The car is fun and has great acceleration. I own the manual version of this car and I have never had any issues with the gears slipping or thumping. The best part of this car is the unique 3 door design that started a lot of cool conversations in college with my friends. It's the best of both worlds allowing people to get in the back without folding the seat down and not compromising in weight or style of this zippy little sports coupe.

2014 Ford Focus. Best car I have ever driven. Fun to drive and I look sexy driving it. Passed it on to my daughter, 177000 miles and still runs great.

The Prius is the last cat you will have to buy. The reason being is that this vehicle is extremely reliable. It gets over 50 MPG & it doesn’t have any issues or problems whatsoever. I was skeptical upon purchasing this vehicle, being 6 ft. 1 & 235 lbs, but it actually is quite comfortable inside. Overall this is a rock solid vehicle, it will not disappoint you in any way. Highly recommended!

Bought it new. Hard to tell that it's almost 8yrs old. Third Mini, first automatic. Very nimble and good acceleration. Love the heads up display and love love the power folding mirrors and side driver visor. Seats are very comfortable and have an extension for longer legs available. Haven't been able to figure out how to delete older phones from the bluetooth or unwanted addresses from the nav system tho. Biggest drawback for me is that the nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. But they do offer a valet service to pick up the car if scheduled in advance. It's not the most inexpensive to repair but what vehicle is nowadays.

This is a fuel efficient and modest car. It achieves 98hp has a 9 gallon tank and an automatic transmission. The LS has crank windows and old fashioned key-lock doors. You can haul a reasonable load in the back seat and hatch or even three other people, though it might be somewhat cramped. It appears to be designed for urban commuters, but I've driven it some decent distances and in all seasons now and it seems to up the challenge of all weather and (paved) terrains. The onboard technology (radio, backup camera, and internet connectivity--with Apple Play and Android Auto) is surprisingly good. Its small size makes it fit easily into small spaces. It was discontinued in 2022, so there should be parts for awhile and prices are coming down. If you need a second car, give this one some consideration.

An overall great service experience when ever my out of warranty Lexus needs service. Comfortable and clean lounge areas with plush chairs for waiting and plenty of connections for laptops or phones if you need to do some work while waiting. I always work with Darryl who does an exceptional job for me. He’s very professional as well as being personable.
