Keep in mind this rating is for a small gas fuel efficient economy car, it's way more than expected and for 2 years has not diminished my opinion at all. Good reliable car. Here in New England I have seen models from 2013 and newer still driven all over and even the prior avio models on the road too. BSic maintenance keeps them together. It is a good car!

Recently bought a Mazda CX5 Grand Touring here. The Salesman, Bob Burger is simply awesome. The car was cleaner than the dozen we looked at, and the 1/2 dozen we test drove in the past month. My wife and I found the slightly-used Nissan Leaf at Cars.com and were sure that's what we wanted. But we didn't want to drive to Waukesha from West Bend, so we went to the WB Nissan dealership, also part of the Russ Darrow empire, and people communicated and cooperated and the next day the Leaf showed up in West Bend, we took it for a spin, and we're now its happy owners. So a big Kudos for the friendly and helpful sharing of resources. Beats defending your turf(s) anytime.

This is a fuel efficient and modest car. It achieves 98hp has a 9 gallon tank and an automatic transmission. The LS has crank windows and old fashioned key-lock doors. You can haul a reasonable load in the back seat and hatch or even three other people, though it might be somewhat cramped. It appears to be designed for urban commuters, but I've driven it some decent distances and in all seasons now and it seems to up the challenge of all weather and (paved) terrains. The onboard technology (radio, backup camera, and internet connectivity--with Apple Play and Android Auto) is surprisingly good. Its small size makes it fit easily into small spaces. It was discontinued in 2022, so there should be parts for awhile and prices are coming down. If you need a second car, give this one some consideration.

My request was answered promptly with courtesy. I understand that follow up is the name of the sales game. However if I state in my initial request for information that I have just started looking, I do not want to be hassled with emails and calls, that is exactly what I am asking for. I have not been inundated with emails or calls from this dealership asking if I was still interested or when was I coming to look at the car. That is a great sales technique!

Al Hussain along with his team of professionals provided me with step-by-step instructions about how the hybrid vehicles work as well as explaining the excellent gas mileage that I will obtain with the hybrid vs the conventional gas vehicle. We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Heiser Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward. We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

While we were not able to make a deal, I was amazed at Nick’s knowledge of Lincoln’ Towncars as old the ‘91 Towncar. Practically everything he told me about these vehicles was true, like converting from single to dual exhaust on these. He said they’re very easy to do. At first I figured Nick was just trying to salvage a sale after I told him I really wanted the dual exhaust option from the factory. But then when I went to some forums to look, they all said to just swap out the Y pipe for an H pipe and go from there. It took someone who has some knowledge to know all that. That impressed me and I wouldn’t be surprised if Nick used to be a mechanic. Perhaps a deal can be reached in the future, but for now I was impressed to leave a review even though I didn’t buy anything.
