White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another

I am 62 years old and have owned many vehicles. This is by far the best car I have ever owned. It has about 151,000 miles on it, and it still runs great. Zero mechanical problems so far.

He had great energy and drive without being pushy. He listened to us and provided what we had asked for. The F&I Manager showed great patience and understanding when dealing with a couple of problems caused by me. Actually looking at going back for another car in the near future.

I purchased my 2023 Type R in July, with the intention of only driving it on Sunday's (weather permitting). Well..... that didn't last a week !!! I can't get enough time to drive it !!! I treat her with kit gloves.

I have a 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo 6 speed manual. Bought brand new and still own as of this review in 2025. I love the way the car looks. It actually has a design and doesn't just look like a wedge ( like a lot of hatchbacks do ). I currently have 97,000 miles on it with no problems to report. Just routine maintenance. Best advice is to replace the standard Hankook tires for some Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S. It is a day and night difference. Really wakes up the car in the handling department. I would highly recommend this model.

Went in for a basic service--oil change and tire rotation. My car was taken on time and the service was completed timely. I was provided a video of the car inspection and the pricing was as estimated with no hard sell upcharging. I drove past two other Audi Dealerships to use this one and it was well worth it.

This is my 3rd Prius. For a couple years, we owned 2 Priuses (Prii?) at one time: a Green 2007 Base model with cloth seats and then added a Red 2009 Touring model with leather seats. I started driving for Uber/Lyft in the '09 Prius in Jan of 2015. The Chicago Uber/Lyft mileage rates were pretty low, so having a car that averaged 50 mpg was a plus. Then, after selling the '07, we traded in the '09 for the 2012 PPI. Bought it in Nov of 2018 at a Chicago Warehouse Dealer. It was in perfect shape and had tinted windows. Then in 2022 we moved from Chicago to Florida and bought a house with Solar Panels. I added Instacart to my Gig work and most of the time, my deliveries are on electric only miles. Even doing Gig work....I average only about $25 a week in Gas costs. In all 3 Prii....I've never needed any major repairs. I change the oil every 5k miles and have never needed new brakes yet on any of them since I do my best to use the coasting/regeneration method of braking.....which I believe extends the life of the brakes. Only regret is: the car has HEATED seats.....which was great in Chicago, but now here in Florida....wish they were Air Conditioned seats instead! I already have my eyes set on the new 2023 Prius Plug in (Prime?)....but will wait for them to come on the used car market. My current 2012 PPI will be too old for rideshare in 2027....so I have a good 3 more years to do research.

I’m 46 and I have had many different cars but this one in particular is the best of the best, it is 2024 I live in Chicago and this car is so strong, no rust, transmission works perfect, engine is amazing and I put 300k plus miles on it DO YOU BELIEVE IT!!?? You better!!! and after all this miles a learn so much about that you need to pay attention to make their life longer. I totally recommend to have one of this.

Found my way to this dealership (from Central NY) through cars.com. They were one of the few places that had a 4 door Jeep Wrangler with manual transmission, which is what I had been searching for. Communications via e-mail and phone were great - I worked with Mike C. for most of the transaction and Ted helped out on day of delivery. There were some delays along the way due to a recall, but they did everything possible to expedite parts and make the delivery happen with no surprises. On the day of delivery, Damian chatted with me apologized for the delay, and made certain I was satisfied. My fears of purchasing a vehicle from 5+ hours away were unfounded - these guys all did a great job, great communications, and were very easy to deal with.

Very impressed so far. Traded in a 2014 Audi S8 and the 4 years of improvements are noticeable. It has very good performance for a stock vehicle (nothing has enough), so down the road I will most likely talk to APR for a tune.
