I've been to many dealerships in many states over the years, and never in my life have I had an experience buying a car that I could actually call pleasant. You won't find any BS hidden fees and charges at Audi Nyack, they were transparent and honest with me about each detail every step of the way. Besides the fact that every other dealership in town is charging OVER msrp, yet they were able to work with me for an incredibly fair price. Rob in sales was incredible, knowledgeable, patient and kind, and it shows that he really cares about the customers and wants them to be in something that they love. I was not an easy customer, being all over the place unsure what I wanted, yet Rob patiently worked with me and got me into something beyond my wildest dreams. There's a very good reason that he receives multiple awards for top Salesman from Audi year after year. His passion for helping people and understanding their needs truly shows. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how excellent the rest of the team is as well. From the floor managers Furkan and Minas (hope I spelled those right), to Anthony in finance, and all the other sales people, they were all so friendly and helpful and just made buying a car there such a joy. Kia became part of our family’s driving choice. Leasing was in my plans and that transaction went seamless! I love my Kia and will stay with Kia in the future. The service department became my new best friend. Cynthia and Damian both get highest marks for working with their customers, me included! I came in for a first service and Cynthia and Damian both greeted me. They listened to my explanation for a quick oil change. They made it happen and made me happy. I was thankful with their efficiency and how they kept their cool despite the many cars to manage at 8:30 am. My car is a Kia Forte and I was treated like I was driving your most expensive model. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I knew my tires were in need of replacing so I expected my last scheduled maintenance would address that. I was very satisfied. The service included everything… the mechanics checked rims, mounted a set of 4 excellent tires, balanced and aligned to my approval and delight. I bought my 2021 Crosstrek Ltd from North Coast Subaru February 2021 and have enjoyed the safety and quality of my vehicle every day! I felt the difference the new tires made immediately and will continue to use this service station though I have 2 Subaru Dealerships much closer to my home because I love the professionalism, the high level of mechanical competence and the ability to schedule, wait for and complete service on time! Gas mileage 50 mpg. So easy to drive especially at night. Bright lights could be brighter though. Excellent speakers. Hard to see screen when sun is shining on it. But perfect at night.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

The car that I wanted had already been sold. But the lady who spoke to me was very courteous and helpful. She referred me to a third party dealer who was also very helpful.

We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

We have purchased our second Forester from this dealership. Their SM Alex was always fair with price. Their service center is very efficient and friendly. One negative is their bundling of service contracts is costly. Otherwise I give it a 4 1/2 stars Vince from Mahwah

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Update 2: I went in for an engine light problem. Marc & Andrew went above and beyond. Everything is fixed in 1 day. I really appreciate all of their help. They were very attentive and courteous. Update 1: I spoke to Andrew, he was kind enough to listen and address my issue. I have another appointment on Thursday for another issue and hopefully I will get an answer. I'm not giving anyone a difficult time or asking for magic here. I just want to know what's wrong with my vehicle and how to resolve the issue. Although Andrew wasn't so pleased about the review, I am just sharing my honest experience and stated I did not address it with them first. I did in 2022 (twice) and just not gotten any answers. Hopefully now that the manager is involved I will get an answer regardless whether it's the battery or something else that cause stalling. I really want to build a great relationship with them because they were great to work when I first walked in 2019. I lease my vehicle from them. This is my 3rd Subaru. There are several things wrong with my Subaru. My auto start stop and AVH also stalls my vehicle at times. 2 times on the highway, and 3 times on local streets. I brought it in and they say it's my dash cam taking too much power. PS: family have 3 of the same brand and model of dash cash not causing any problems.

This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️
