I purchased a pre-owned certified CX-5 in great condition which I absolutely love to drive. Ryan McGuire helped me to realize all this vehicle had to offer as I spend a great deal of time on the road. He was truly the bright spot of this purchase (besides the car)! I always dread the actual sales process (haggling over trade-in price, the "real" sales price of the new vehicle, etc.) and it still was not the most enjoyable experience despite excellent credit and a very clean trade-in. However, the service department, particularly Joe Smith, provides excellent service for regular maintenance (no need for repairs yet). As for the facility itself I hope the employees one day have the new building they deserve!

Ron was very friendly and worked hard to help us get into a car we could afford and is reliable! I would highly suggest anyone that needs a car to go to Merchats and ask for Ron Semons!

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

The car is awesome and fun to drive! The only downfall is that the car would be even better if the mileage would be at 300 per charge. I would buy this car again if I was to buy another vehicle. This is my first EV and as a result I am impressed as i have driven a Rivian and Tesla before. Those are fun EVs as well but the Polestar 2 hugged me with supreme fit. I am 6'2", 215 lbs and I had no issues with getting in and out of the Polestar front seats. The backseats, not so fitting. :-) All in all i would recommend this Polestar 2 EV!

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

This so now the 2nd, Mazda 3 I've owned, The first being a 2005 hatchback, this one now the 2010 sedan Overall this car is a great car, in both Mazda 3s I've had now, they've had no major mechanical failures and the work has been routine work, owned the 2005 one for just over three years before it got totaled on an accident back in 2021, the car probably still had another 10 years in it, The 2010 one I have now is the 2nd gen Mazda 3 of course, and its a significant upgrade (excluding it being the sedan instead of the hatchback which does negatively impact storage space) The 2010 Mazda 3 here has great handling, is sporty for it's class, and is very fun to drive, but if you're looking for a car that rides smoothly, this car doesn't, it does have rather stuff suspension. The exterior (in my opinion) is a lot better than it was on the previous body style, I get the "big smiling" front end isn't for everyone but I love the look I did briefly mention storage space earlier for the sedan - the storage space is better than other cars in it's class, and the truck is quite big for a vehicle of it's size, but the opening is small and makes it difficult to fit really any big items in, as for the hatchback, it does fix that issue, I was actually able to fit two full sized bikes inside the vehicle (after putting the back seats down) Although this car does have 1 major issue, The dashboard, Mazda made it out of a rubber plastic material, that when left in the sun, melts and creates a shiney sticky mess that can impact your vision with glare, getting a dash cover at least hides it, but to properly fix it, it requires replacement of the entire dashboard, (which Mazda does not have a tsb or warranty for)

I've not been to the lot yet so can't rate anything but customer service. And their customer service is A . By far, the nicest and most honest dealership I've ever spoken to.

I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

I have owned mine for 8 years and 73,000 miles and I still love it. I am getting about 56-58 mpg tank average in the summer and 45-50mpg in the winter due to colder temperatures and using the heat often, affecting battery-only usage. Cruises on the highway great, and is perfect around town. Blue Streak Metallic paint has held up great, no clear coat damage and still feels great after a clay bar/ polish. I just have some rock chips on the hood, but they haven't started rusting and have been there for many years. Pretty comfortable considering it's size and wheelbase, it's nice and quiet too. I like that it has an actual gear selector and handbrake unlike the "regular" prius with it's little knob thing and foot brake. Interior has held up great, easy to clean the fabric seats, and all the buttons and tech work perfectly. I was able to unplug the speaker that makes the annoying hybrid sound at low speed, so now it's silent in EV mode which is great. I always recommend them to my friends, and most have never heard of a Prius C. I'd like a 4runner or something cool with more cargo space, but I can't get over their gas mileage under 20 mpgs. Think I'll just keep my Prius C lol.

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

Had a 7:15 appointment and service consultant was right on time. Although I was offered a loaner I declined it preferring to wait as I live an hour away from dealer. Work, brake rotors and pads replacement was completed by 9:30. Reasonably priced as well as prompt service.

A Truly Pleasant and Honest Car-Buying Experience I was feeling really upset this morning because of a dealership that kept changing the price, but then I happened to find a car that caught my eye on a website. Then I made an appointment at Merchants Auto for a test drive. At first, the place looked a bit quiet, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how friendly, professional, and proactive everyone was. There was about a $3,000 difference between the price I saw online and the one initially quoted at the dealership. I mentioned this and also showed them an offer I had received from another dealership the day before. I told them that if they could match that deal, I’d sign right away. They worked hard for nearly an hour — checking different options, running numbers — and finally made it happen. I signed the paperwork and made the down payment on the spot. Even better, the finance rate they offered was about half of what another Boston-area dealership had quoted me, which helped offset that $3,000 difference. What impressed me most was that the price we agreed on during negotiation was exactly the same when it came time to sign the papers — no hidden fees, no surprises. It was a bit of a drive to get there, but it was absolutely worth it. I’m genuinely happy with my purchase and the entire experience. Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

This place is how car dealership should. Great atmosphere, doesn't feel like your regular dealership with all the pressure. No salesman tactics, and they have alot of plants. I bought my 2020 Tesla Model 3, first time in an EV also with this level of tech and the team at Green Wave do a vehicle orientation, so they showed me how to use the cars and we went through every option. Normally at any other dealership I bought from in the past they just hand me the keys and tell me okay bye and dont go through any features or whatever. I highly recommend going here, very competitive pricing, no hidden fees, or xx dealer/admin fees just to grab money from you. I like how they are knowledgable and mission driven, especially for a local NH small business, they run it very well especially with the small team they have. If you are considering driving an EV and dont know where to start...this is the place! I am returning again to buy one for my mom before the Used EV tax credit goes away in September. Plus they have an electric that does home charger installation, my friends got their car from there and got their home charger installed pretty quickly.

Before this car I had 2 current generation Mirages. I could easily get 40-50, 60 mpg if I tried. They were extremely economical cars. That being said, I have noticed a significant savings with the iMiEV. 90% of the time I charge it at home with the standard charger and I have not noticed a difference in my electric bill. I also drive a lot more than most people who own these cars (15k mi/yr). It is literally the most perfect city car, with it's compact size, excellent visibility, and it has a surprising amount of pep for a 66 hp car. This car is designed for city driving and in heavy stop and go traffic you can drive all day long (not really of course lol) while not adding pollutants to the air. It was not designed for much highway use and therefore is horrid for highway driving. The range plummets. Don't plan on trips of more than 30 mi for winter highway driving with the heater on. There is no cruise control and it is not at all smooth and shakes at speeds north of about 60mph. Again, it is a city car, so I am not at all complaining. The interior is simply amazing as far as passenger room and cargo room. It feels like a minivan, although significantly narrower. I love how simple it is and doesn't have a sea of buttons like most newer cars do. With the rear seats folded it is like a mini minivan. The cargo area is massive for such a small car and rivals a lot of small SUVs and crossovers. It is a flat area that does not dip down from the bumper and the wheels are below the cargo area, unlike the Leaf, which has a very choppy cargo area. Because it is a very tall car the cargo area has about a 36" height. I know this car gets a lot of hate for many reasons including the styling. It's different and personally I love it. I regularly meet people for my job and I tell them you can not miss my car, it will be the most unusual in the parking lot. If I could design a perfect car it would be this with about twice the range and cruise control, and push button start (I do miss that from the Mirage). Please make a 2nd generation iMiEV, Mitsubishi!

I have a 2021 Prius AWD with 233,000 km. Not one issue. Starts even at -40 degrees and everything works as it should. No rattles or lose pieces. Just a solid car. I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.

I recently had the experience of working with Casey to purchase a new car at Rochester VW. I have bought many new cars and I would like to say that this was the easiest purchase I have ever had. Volkswagen did a great job refining the MK8 GTI. Key points -One of the best handling FWD cars mainly due to the LSD, XDS and suspension refinement. -Very smooth power deliver almost 0 turbo lag. - 40th anniversary has to be the best value purchase as it comes standard with DCC and IQ lightings which are only available on the highest trim. The negatives include: -The infotainment can be improved wireless android and apple car play need to be standard. Can't set your phone properly on the wireless charger when the phone is attached to the wire. - Compared to the MK7 the coin holder and the sliding storage below the driver sear is missing. -Unable to disable auto start and stop feature permanently as restores to default on every time you start the vehicle.

Excellent, no pressure they even give you a gift! Check them out first, so you don't waste your time!

Spectacular car, highly practical and great value for the money. Spacious and comfortable ride. The range is sufficient for my commute and errands I have to run. If needed it can go fast. Just be careful bc going 80mph or more will drain the battery quick. As long as you don't need to speed all the time it's a great car.

The car has a lot more pep than I though it would. Even though it doesn't have ALL the bells and whistles, it has a lot more than I'm accustomed to! I like the amount of cargo space the car has, and the different configurations available to take advantage of that space. It rides smooth. It's comfortable. It's nice car; a real nice car!
