I bought my Charger R/T from Mike McIntosh at Goodwin's. Best car shopping experience I've had in my many years of haggling over prices. This was the first non-mom/sports car I've bought, and Mike made it so easy for me to understand how everything worked. I got a great deal, I love my car, and I say "hi" every time I see Mike around town. Definitely worth the drive if you're not in New Castle already.

A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

Just bought my second car at Right Drive!! I bought a car here back in January of 22 and was blown away by the service. So when my family expanded of cousrse I came back for my new car. They really listen to you and make you feel appreciated and not just another number.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

I've only had the car for a week, but gets great gas mileage. If you can believe the mileage on the dash I'm getting 38.8 mpg. It isn't a speed demon but has good pickup for a 4 cyl car. I do notice hesitation when shifting into drive but it I attribute that to lack of power. It does fine getting me where I need to go.

I want to start up by saying, I am not a "car person". I do know, is a 5'2 female, this car feels like it was made for me. It gets amazing gas mileage, and you can park in a sidewalk square if needed. Yes, it does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it at all, but it does have the Android auto / Apple Auto feature which I love, at the same time as having roll up Windows. It is perfect for in town and highway driving. I drove it all the way to Georgia from Illinois with no problem. And my 6'5 son fits comfortably in the passenger seat as well, as well as plenty of room in the backseat and trunk for groceries or luggage.

With the exception of the negative lady in the service dept that greeted me, but was unwilling to help with my somewhat emergency situation because they were too busy with customers that had appointments. Inspite of her, my experience in the service dept was AMAZING!! All thanks to MR.MIKE LUPOI who was just walking by! He greeted me and casually ask how I was doing. My response, "not so good". He inquired as to my situation. I explained what happened to my car while driving on the highway. Advised him that his service person had not made an offer of help. And that I was going to need to seek help at a dealership in a city on the way to my destination. Mr. Lupoi immediately got help. Within minutes he showed me the problem. Advised me what to do next and took care of it. After fixing the problem ( that was ultimately caused by Penske Honda Indianapolis!) I was on my way again! The service was completed in less than 30 minutes without charge! They even washed my car!! PS: The name on this work order should be Kathleen, not Katherine as the service lady entered. The only problems I've had with my 2012 Hyundai Elantra touring, has been the recalls. It's very comfortable and very economical and I love the way it looks. I get a lot of compliments on my Elantra touring.

No expectation of buying a car. I stopped in just to look. My wife and I had been discussing getting a newer car but had issues getting a loan. This was about the 6th dealership we had looked at in a week and only did so because a friend had recently bought his car there. I was so glad we did, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were able to get a car that day with very little down. The payment was a little higher than I hoped but this was the first real offer we had. I traded in my Buick Enclave for a VW Beetle over 6 years ago and have loved it nearly every day. The Turbo engine is fantastic. It's been a great little car. The only complaint is that it's not great (at all!) in the snow. Other than that, two thumbs up.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Love my Honda Fit. The back seats have 4 positions for different needs. Front is comfortable, all gadgets easy to use, love my big screen stereo, and many other features. The back hatch I have the shield which hides belongings while shopping (sold separately)

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23
