I want to say that our salesperson Jason Harvey was really super helpful after going to Koons Tyson Toyota after a rather poor experience at Darcars Toyota. I had intended to just look at a red RAV4 they had in stock but we went home with it that night and left them our 2000 Honda CRV. I have deal with more than a few car salespersons over the past 3 months but Jason was one of the top friendly and helpful salespersons that I have dealt with. If most car salepersons were just half as good and friendly as him, the world would be a better place. I highly recommend him. LOL, being my 2000 Honda CRV was totally lacking most modern features found current new cars, he had to explain quite a bit to me and my wife and certainly helped set up our Apple carplay. My wife really liked him too.

I took my Toyota highlander for an issue it had. Josh, helped us out and took care of the problem, he was profesional and very helpful. He also Kept us updated through out the process. My husband and i are very happy with the results!

I have always driven large cars and trucks. This car has been so much fun for what it is. It is the most comfortable economy car I have ever driven. I am nervous about the cvt. I had the dealer (against their recommendation) flush the fluid and filter at 45K. We’re at 90k now so I’m going to have it done again. Considering it’s an economy car, it’s very good in every aspect except the 0-5mph acceleration. It just doesn’t want to get moving—but you get used to it, and it’s fine once it gets rolling. Fingers crossed that its reliability continues beyond 100k.

This was our first time purchasing a car at Sheehy, and the best car buying experience we’ve EVER had. Our salesperson, Bret was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and transparent. I bought my golf new at the end of 2016 and would have kept it much longer if it had not been totaled in an accident. The few little issues I had were covered under the initial warranty (coolant leak, trunk leak). Nothing else other than normal maintenance things like brakes and tires up to 81,000 - that's as far as I can speak to. I took good care of it, did the VW service things for the most part and I have no doubt it would have lasted to 200K or beyond. It looked cool and was fun to drive. I had the S manual. I enjoy driving and had a tiny regret about not getting the Wolfsburg edition (faster engine, slightly better options like heated seats and sun/moon roof).

This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

My 2013 6-speed VW R is simply a blast to drive! Before I bought my brand new black 4-door VW Golf R, I drove a much larger car, the 2004 VW V8 Touareg and I loved it. But after 10 years and with my kids grown and driving their own cars, I was initially interested in downsizing and intrigued by the amazing mileage advertised for the Golf Diesel -(this was long before VW was burned by the Diesel scam). At the time my VW dealer replied to my questions about leather seats saying "sorry no leather". Then he said, wait, have you heard of the Golf R? No, I’d never heard of the car but it had the leather seats and I test drove both of the two 6-speed models my dealer had on the lot. I bought the 4 door version and have never regretted it. My Golf R makes city and highway driving a pleasure. Something like a small land rocket or driving a really fast but very safe go-cart, especially so on the highway. And while I'm not interested in always jumping to the head of the traffic mosh, when I need it, by simply downshifting to 5th gear and from there powering up to 6th, I'm able to quickly scoot by the traffic and be on my way. I love the fantastic handling of the 4 wheel always-on drive that’s stock on the R. The rock-solid stability of my R is just outstanding. Invariably, my passengers are at first scared and then quickly amazed at the R's ability to tightly hug the road - even the steepest curves - while I'm accelerating into a highway on ramp, or smoothly passing other cars in the midst of heavy rain or in a snow storm! The auto-adjusted headlights with their auto washer squirt never fail to impress as with the many other safety features that came stock with the R's amazing build from the VW factory in Wiesbaden Germany. This is a very special little hatchback. Something like only 4000 were built for worldwide sales in 2013. To be perfectly honest, I knew very little of this when I bought the car. Since driving it I have come to learn and appreciate the brilliant pedigree of VW’s passion, heritage, and craftsmanship that are what makes my 2013 VW R the amazing little land rocket I so love!

I found a really nice car. I was on the fence. I was taken out 4 a second test drive. Everyone was polite. I purchased the vehicle. We had a few hiccups, AK took care of them. I live in MD. It didnt pass inspection here due to the car having modifications. I have notified Prime. I am waiting to see how this plays out.

GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

Overall great experience. This dealership leaves the other ones in the dust. Thanks to Rick, Alan, Zen and the lady in the tag department. They made my buying experience seamless and quick. They did not waste my time. They did what they said that they were going to do. I puta deposit down on the car and I had the car the next day.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Had the C-Max Hybrid for about a month, and overall it's been a joy to drive. A real all-purpose vehicle that routinely achieves 35-40 mpg in the city, the primary reason we sought it out was it's amazing visibility. Our 6'-5" teenager has not problem getting comfortable behind the wheel, and I've never driven a vehicle that has such great viewing angles - you almost feel too exposed while driving! The regenerative brakes are typically more sensitive than regular brakes, but overall I have only praise for this very versatile little car!

We bought our 2017 Fiat 500 pop almost three years ago with 27k on it. We needed a small light car to tow behind our motor home and it fit the bill. What we didn't expect, was to totally fall in love with this little reliable and efficient car. I never could have anticipated how reliable and solid this little Fiat would be. We love driving the 5 speed with a nice purring engine under it's hood. We done nothing but oil and filter changes and tire rotations for three years, of course a air filter and cabin filter as well, but that's it. I would highly recommend this amazing little car to anyone. In town we get 45-50 mpg at 35 with the Cruise on, and at 80 we get 32-40 depending on hills etc. Car has totally exceeded all our expectations and more. No worries that Fiat stands for fix it again tony, no way, on this dependable great little car. I wish Fiat sold more of thier cars here, like in Europe and South America. Go Fiat!

We just purchased a new Acura Integra from Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura. This is the second Acura we purchased from Yong because he goes out of his way to make it an A+ overall experience. We really enjoyed catching up with Yong since the previous Acura purchase a few years ago. Yong provides excellent communication, straightforward pricing and no pressure. Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

A clean record means fewer risks! So get your own Carfax. 2️⃣ Have the Car Inspected – They strongly recommended bringing in a trusted mechanic to inspect the car before buying. A small upfront cost can save thousands in repairs later. 3️⃣ Understand the Warranty – They made sure I knew exactly what was covered and what wasn’t so I wouldn’t be caught off guard with unexpected repair costs. Their Cars are "AS IS" so when you drive off its all on you. The 30 day return document is a formality that will not be honored. 4️⃣ Review the Financing Terms – They Explained that none of their advertised EV cars get the discount it is just a way to get people through the door but they explained my financing options, including interest rates, monthly payments, and any potential hidden fees, so there were no surprises. You will be told you can refinance your car later by their finance guy but Nas let me know chances are slim since their cars have a salvage title. 5️⃣ Take a Thorough Test Drive – Instead of a quick spin, they encouraged me to test the car under different road conditions to make sure it felt right. Additional Important Steps They Advised: 🔴 No Returns Policy – Once you sign, the car is yours. They emphasized doing all research beforehand, getting an inspection, and making sure I was 100% confident before committing. 🔴 Salvage Title Considerations – Many of their vehicles have salvage titles, which means: Insurance rates will likely be higher, and some insurance companies won’t cover salvage vehicles at all—so check before buying. Resale and trade-in value will be lower, and some dealerships won’t take salvage vehicles. Many banks won’t finance salvage titles, so you may need to pay in cash or use a lender that specializes in these purchases. 🔴 Check the Vehicle’s Value with Other Dealers – One of the best tips the manager gave me was to take the VIN numbers of the cars I was interested in and check with other dealerships to see what they would pay for it. The RS is amazing! I got it new and now have 20k on it. It runs like the day I got it. I swap winters/tires/rims every winter and it's my daily driver in New Hampshire. The 18 has refined suspension compared to prior years. I absolutely love this car! The bang for the buck is truly great! That said, I waited until the mark-ups were taken down! I love the design and including the interior. Only complaint with interior is the front seats are a little too high and the words for the dash controls (heat, defogger, etc) are super small/hard to read. I still get looks and random thumbs up, which is a gas. So far, it's been completely reliable. I test drove it to the Golf R and Subaru STi and the RS won! I could not turn off the control traction on the Golf R and dummed down things, which I did not like and the STi just didn't put a smile on my face like the RS and the interior felt drab/ordinary. So far, 3 years into this RS, I still love it!
