I was desperate for a vehicle after a horrid experience with Carvana. I was able to chat with the dealer via online chat and text and found a 2018 VW Tiguan that I liked. Everyone was very easy to talk with and had the vehicle waiting for me when I arrived to test drive. Only a couple days later I was back to purchase the vehicle and it was pain free and very upfront. Tom and Jed were my main contacts and were very helpful and accommodating during this difficult time for dealerships with next to no inventory. I was pleasantly surprised that when I inquired about any dealership market adjustments, they said they were not doing that. Other dealerships were inflating prices by $3000. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

My other half went car shopping over the weekend starting in Canton. Norma stopped at "Bertera Subaru" of Hartford. Mr Harrison went over the cars safety features with her and she wanted to take a test ride. Mr Harrison brought the vehicle around that she liked and went on the test ride. After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Found a diamond in the rough. A lot of cars on the lot hit everything but the lotto but I stumbled upon a near mint older vehicle and so far so good. Kylie and Carlos are very kind and easy to work with and I highly recommend. If your credit is only fair like mine was they don’t pass any judgement and got me approved no problem. It’s my first time buying from green light and they have many cars to pick from. As mentioned some are pretty rough but their pricing is good compared to other used car dealers in that area.

This is my first hybrid and is also my first Ford. In the past I've had many cars including an indestructible Honda Civic. This review will "compare" with the Civic because the Civic left the biggest impression on us for great reliability and cheap parts. The reason I gave the review 4 stars for reliability is because I had a minor coolant leak (a rusted hose clamp) and Ford charged me $250 to fix the hose clamp. I never had any problems with the Civic we used to have and if we did it was ultra cheap to fix it. Besides the minor problem the Ford C-Max has been great!!! I absolutely Love the high ceiling in the C-max. My head has plenty of room and I'm 6 feet tall. Much more room than the Civic. The Civic had 140hp and this Ford has 188hp, so its much faster than the civic! Also, The C-max costs me $35 in gas every TWO weeks!!! The last two cars I had I was spending $25-40 in gas in one week! So its faster, better gas mileage and more spacious and roomy than pretty much any car I've had lately. So far my experience with my first ford is very good. I like the style, the space inside and the comfort. I got the SE model instead of the Titanium so it doesn't have some bells and whistles. Overall I really enjoy the C-Max. I'm one of the very few people who thinks it looks cool. As for my future purchases... Ford is now on my radar!

great gas mileage. smooth quite ride. but has plenty of power in gas mode! roomy cabin way more head space than our ford escape. over all very happy with this vehicle

First of all, I felt the car I received was a good value. Secondly, I felt the price offered for my used vehicle was reasonable. Third of all, I felt that the information provided prior to my making a decision to "buy" was all inclusive. I never felt as though I wasn't getting the whole story. This Father and Son combo went out of their way to provide excellent service. If they weren't 150 miles away, I would use them exclusively. Plus, they are nice and easy to deal with.

The car is a great balance between performance, economy, comfort, and versatility. It manages to do all of those things well, if not great. It won't win any races but it's fun to drive.

Spectacular car, highly practical and great value for the money. Spacious and comfortable ride. The range is sufficient for my commute and errands I have to run. If needed it can go fast. Just be careful bc going 80mph or more will drain the battery quick. As long as you don't need to speed all the time it's a great car.

Today, purchased the 2013 Nissan Juke, 112,600 mile for $9,995 today. It will be ready Wednesday or Thursday this coming week. My sales person Amy was excellent. She knew I had a firm budget (retired) and she found two great vehicles to test. The Jeep I could have taken home today with less milage... a little older, however, Jeep mph versus the Juke..., Nissan won even with higher mileage. So far, I'm "a HAPPY CAMPER"! I can't foresee any problems from now until pick-up. So, I'd say, if you need a reliable used car, Amy is knowledgeable and, in spite of the packed waiting room with eager customers, we were never abandoned. Note; yes, the sales people had to multi-task at times. Understand, at these reduced prices, compared to any dealerships for used cars... Patience, just a little patience - and you'll be treated right too. All the best to customers in need of a new used vehicle!

I bought this 2014 Audi S7 one year ago with 116kkm. I don’t do lots of driving so I’m at almost 124kkm. It’s been an interesting ownership experience for me since acquiring the vehicle from a BMW dealership, I have a learned its service history. There has been a lot of work done on the car so perhaps I am lucky to be owning it at this point and hope the worse has already happens and it clea sailing. Previous repair orders that I got from the local Audi store dealt with many items. And Include: the whistling nose that comes from the oil separator, the fuel door actuator, two times, all motor mounts, front and rear control arms et al. I also learned that the car had an ECU and TCU tune using Unitronix software. I contacted the company who did that tune and got a pile of info as It also has upgraded sway bars and wheel spacers. The car was originally ordered new with Audi exclusive paint as Daytona grey pearl which was not available on the S7, but rather only on A7 or the RS7. I contacted the selling dealer and got the 2014 order guide to check out options and pricing at the time it was new. I also contacted Audi Canada corporate and got the build sheet on the car and learned the car was manufactured on May 5, 2014 making it one of the last of the C7’s. With this tcu tune, the car has a 5500 RPM launch and does so like a rocket. I believe it’s pushing a 1-4 mile at 11.5 territory with a 0 to 100 km an hour in the mid-threes although I haven’t tested it. Getting back to repairs done, I have also discovered that all 4 camshaft position sensors on one of the banks has been replaced. The brakes were recently done. On another repair order, I learned that the fuel pump, the one in the gas tank, was also replaced. The selling dealership also took care of two check engine light problems that occurred recently after purchase. This includes a new thermostat, which is very expensive, as well as a post catalytic converter oxygen sensor. Further My service experience includes the recall for the oil strainer, which I was told, was in decent shape and not plugged. The service advisor told me in cases where oil strainer damages, and then damages the actual turbos. My strainer was all intact, and as I said, not plugged . I also purchased pre-paid Audi maintenance package. This package covers three service Intervals, including two majors and one minor. They are to occur at around 120k I’m (major and just done) , 135k km and 150 K km. For these three services it only cost me $1595, prepaid. I also contacted uniTronic directly where they offered to transfer the file/information/account into my name for $150 transfer fee which I had not done as yet. If you think this review has a lot of detail you should see the spreadsheet I have made! OK I’m a bit OCD.
