Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

I recently purchased a 2023 forester from Bertera Subaru of Hartford and had a great experience. I wanted to upgrade my car and they were able to find me the perfect upgrade. Within 4 hoursof walking in, I was able to drive home with my new car! (I traded in my 2019 RDX) Extremely happy with my new RDX! Also, I shout out to Keith and his crew in the service department. Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

The dealer stuff were very professional, friendly and cooperative. They were willing to deal with me over the internet and by phone and they were quick to respond. They also were very reasonable with the value of my trade in vehicle. I drove 4 hours from Pennsylvania to Connecticut to meet in person and close the deal. I was out and driving on my new purchase within 2 hours or less. I would recommend a friend to buy there!

I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!

Spectacular car, highly practical and great value for the money. Spacious and comfortable ride. The range is sufficient for my commute and errands I have to run. If needed it can go fast. Just be careful bc going 80mph or more will drain the battery quick. As long as you don't need to speed all the time it's a great car.

I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.

I just retired and got my XLE 7 months ago. I was lucky to get it. Someone else decided to pass on it. I have some upgrades like the 12 inch screen and glass top. I would have never purchased a Pruis before this new model. So far, I absolutely love it. I don’t drive it like a sports car, so I am getting 53.5 to 54,5 mpg. It is amazing to spend $12 dollars on gas every two weeks instead of $30 to $40 every week like I use to. I really love the design. I have cutting edge silver. It isn’t quite as luxurious as other cars I have had but that wasn’t why I purchased it. I think it can last me the rest of my life.

I’m very loyal to the Acura and Honda brand, and with good reason. The cars and SUV’s I’ve purchased have all been great quality and they hold their value! My other half went car shopping over the weekend starting in Canton. Norma stopped at "Bertera Subaru" of Hartford. Mr Harrison went over the cars safety features with her and she wanted to take a test ride. Mr Harrison brought the vehicle around that she liked and went on the test ride. Afterwards she explained that he had a deal and it was because of explaining the features and willingness to go on a test ride. So with 2 more dealers to go the sale happened. My first Subaru. This is the RS model in Desert Oasis Blue. It’s a dream to drive. Fully equipped and the pick up speed is amazing. I feel incredibly safe in this car. It’s so comfortable and the air conditioning keeps me comfortable inside.
