One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

I took my car to the dealership because I heard a noise coming from the rear of my car. When I arrived, Cameron took over and put my concerns at ease. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands. The repair person had me to drive my car to let him know what I was hearing. It turned out that an object similar to a Lemon had gotten underneath and was moving back and forth. I didn’t have a long wait, considering, I called the day before I brought my car in. GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

I purchased this 2010 TOYOTA Yaris with a five speed manual transmission in 2010 with 7 miles on it. It is now 2025 my Yaris had it's 15th birthday back in April. Tires, brakes changed at 50k. Water pump and serpentine belt (preventive maintenance) at 90k. Tires, brakes changed @ 100k. Clutch replacement @ 110k. If you are cognizant of your driving habits you can obtain over 40 mpg easily. I am looking forward to obtaining at least 5 to 10 more years of driving pleasure seeing how I have only 123k original miles on the vehicle.

Sales person is well qualified and he explained very well about the vehicle features. His negotiation skills are fair. He is transparent on pricing, fees and other costs.

I had my Tesla S for about four months now. Its a great car. Have a Nemi 14-50 outlet in the garage for 40 amps. It charges faster than what the appl. says. Autopilot is about 80% self driving and is great in traffic. I don't think the extra $200 for FSD is worth it. It quiet and powerful. I go 150 to 175 miles between charges on a longer trip. Plenty of charge stations around

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

BMW i4 eDrive40 M Sport, with All Options. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Almost 5,000 miles within first 3 months and it has been AWESOME! Averaging 270 miles (and this is in Sport Mode most of the time). The DAPP is awesome on the highway and in traffic. The Adaptive Suspension makes driving through curvy country roads a blast! The ventilated seats during these record high temp days have been super useful. No need for the M50, plenty of power with the eDrive40 (I am hitting 0-60 within 5 seconds); also, range is a whole lot more important when you have an EV. Free charging via Electrify America has been a breeze. Charges on my 240-Volt Outlet at home FAST. Well worth every Penny.

My car has decent gas mileage— about 40 mpg with a bit less when driving predominantly in town. It fits my petite frame very well but my husband, who is larger, says he is comfortable driving it as well and actually owns his own fit. The car has good visibility and is responsive on the road. It takes curves well, and the acceleration is more than sufficient for entering the freeway and it responds well when a quick maneuver is needed. I love this car more than any other car I have had.
