Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Service from scheduling, to check in, waiting and communication to the ongoing service is a seamless process.The Service advisor Karoline is actively involved and knowledgeable and she wants to know of any concerns we may have and then the level of service is determined. The great thing about Atlantic’s service is that service also includes an overall inspection which can be invaluable to preempt any problems before they become bigger issues. Throughout the service process Karoline keeps us updated and then explains all that has happened to address the service completion. My previous car was a 2014 Prius. The 2018 has added safety features which are very valuable, & has even better mileage, and a very smooth drive --handles well. However, there is less trunk & glove box space, & it is more complicated to work some of the features, such as setting the clock. On the 2014, all I had to do was press the hr & min buttons. On the 2018, I had to watch a youtube a few times, & then it took me a few tries to reset the clock.

Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

Love Cape & Islands Kia! I bought my 2021 Kia Telluride here. I never buy a car on Cape Cod but the price and the ease of sale was very impressive here. I also would never go to a dealership for service but again I can't praise the service at Cape & Islands Kia high enough! I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

Stopped on the way home because the heater fan was making strange noises and vibrated. The mechanic immediately checked it out, diagnosed the problem and, even though it was close to closing time, offered to fix it right away. He expertly took apart the dash, showed me the reason for the noise (a rodent built a nest in the fan compartment) and quickly, fixed and disinfected it. This was already past closing hours. The dealership also cleaned and vacuumed my vehicle. Impressive expertise and customer service that blew me away, saving me a lot of time and hassle. I am a tough customer demanding the best and this dealership exceeded on all counts. Highly recommend them.

The process of finding and deciding to buy the vehicle was good. The salesman was great. Working for us through the whole process. Our issue was with the finance woman. Rushed through the whole process with little explanation. After leaving the dealership and going through the paper work line by line we discovered the following. There were math errors (figures off by $2000, she charged us for maintenance plans we said we didn’t want, had the amount we were financing wrong by +$4000!! We went back immediately to get all the mistakes rectified and only got double talk for excuses. I have never had this happen before while purchasing any other car. Buyer beware of the finance process!
