The facility is very nice and the atmosphere is definitely low pressure. The prices are on the high side for new cars, which they justify by saying the cars are thoroughly inspected prior to being sold. The prices are set - no haggling. My only problem with them is they seriously lowballed us on our trade in - I was expecting an offer that would let them make a profit on our trade in, but they were at least four thousand under a conservative Blue Book trade in value. I may go back if I sell my car on my own, but I won't be bringing in a trade.

We love the prius after owning a 2007 model. The 2015 is a step up and we got it at a good price for low mileage to hold us until plug-in mile range improves.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

MPG far exceeds EPA rating during warm/hot months with an average of 50-55mpg during regular commute. it does drop during winter months but it bounces right backup as soon as warmer temperature. Touring model has '18 wheels and excellent for long distance ride and everything works seamlessly and rock solid reliable with 60k odo on original tire. Niro has safety system that the our new Lexus NX350 that cost 2x as much doesn't have. sound is automatically reduced when reversing.

I was looking to buy a Truck that I liked from their inventory. I was helping my cousin Marty, a Purple Heart Veteran. He had bought a car because he needed another car. To help me build my credit, I co-signed on the car. This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

I love my car!! It’s fun to drive and gets great gas mileage. I have had it for 9 years and I have only had to replace a battery and get new tires! It’s a 5 speed, which I love! The only drawback is my husband is 6’1 so it’s kind of small for him, so no long road trips in my car! lol! But I am 5’2 and it’s a perfect fit. We are moving to Vermont and keeps telling me I need to trade it in for a 4wd, especially for snow and mud season. I just really do not want to give up my little car. I do want to buy a new Ford Bronco, so hoping since my Fiesta is paid off I can have both. It can be my summer car!! I have always had Ford Vehicles they never let me down!!

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

I daily the prius C 2 and it's just the perfect car. It's small and light enough to just zip through traffic and the instant torque from the electric engine can get you where you need to go quick. The handling is tight and responsive and the wheel is nice and smooth. Nimble, light, and forgiving is how I would describe the drive feel. The car can fit quite a bit of cargo for its size if the seats are folded down. I moved all of my stuff cross country in it and honesty could have fit more than I brougt. Otherwise, it can comfortably move 3 passengers + driver without much issue. The only thing it can't do is haul a bunch of luggage and people at the same time. When you baby it, you'll get mpg near 50, so fuel costs are a nonissue. It's never broken down and never had any issues that weren't my fault. It's the perfect car and I would recommend it to anyone who was open minded about driving a small car.

I would definitely refer my friends and family to M&F Auto on Academy. No hidden agendas there, my needs were met and I felt the communication was tactful and professional therefore allowing me to feel comfortable which then enabled me to make a reasonable decision. On the 2020 recall, dealer fixed it with no problem, offered a loaner car for the duration. Very good gas mileage. Also, dealer will now install anti-theft system, all with NO CHARGE.

Service to F350. I was assisted by Alec in service department. He was very professional and went over everything that my vehicle needed. I highly recommend using the service department. Ask for Alec when you go, his an asset to the service department.

This is my first hybrid and is also my first Ford. In the past I've had many cars including an indestructible Honda Civic. This review will "compare" with the Civic because the Civic left the biggest impression on us for great reliability and cheap parts. The reason I gave the review 4 stars for reliability is because I had a minor coolant leak (a rusted hose clamp) and Ford charged me $250 to fix the hose clamp. I never had any problems with the Civic we used to have and if we did it was ultra cheap to fix it. Besides the minor problem the Ford C-Max has been great!!! I absolutely Love the high ceiling in the C-max. My head has plenty of room and I'm 6 feet tall. Much more room than the Civic. The Civic had 140hp and this Ford has 188hp, so its much faster than the civic! Also, The C-max costs me $35 in gas every TWO weeks!!! The last two cars I had I was spending $25-40 in gas in one week! So its faster, better gas mileage and more spacious and roomy than pretty much any car I've had lately. So far my experience with my first ford is very good. I like the style, the space inside and the comfort. I got the SE model instead of the Titanium so it doesn't have some bells and whistles. Overall I really enjoy the C-Max. I'm one of the very few people who thinks it looks cool. As for my future purchases... Ford is now on my radar!

I've had a 17 Ford Fiesta Se car since 2017. Bought it brand new off the lot. Got ripped a new one due to the price I paid, however it was worth it. She's got a bit over 200,000 miles and the only major problems were the timing belt was walking off, and the original belt snapped put of the blue once. Cars a/C is still perfect, lacks horsepower but a very economical and spunky car. Time for maintenance on the sus as of now, but I still love driving it. Bluetooth took a crap, and it still drives great. I live in the mountains so it's taken a beating, but she keeps going!

I purchased my car used. It was a trade-in to a Toyota dealer in San Antonio, Texas. It started off as a rental in Florida and I am the 3rd individual to own it. It has been an overall good car. But, the AC control knob that controls the fan speed has gotten stuck om low. I can still control the temp, but on cold mornings, it takes forever to defrost the windows, and om hot days, forever to cool the car. Also, there are times the screen that shows the back-up camera doesn't work. There are big-time blind spots with this car, so the camera is necessary. When the screen goes out, so does the radio. I am unable to turn it on, no volume, or changing stations. It's as if there is no radio at all. I thought at first I may need a new control knob, but now I am thinking there may be a wiring problem... such as a disconnect exfed or burned wire. I don't think it's a fuse. If so, it wouldn't work at all. Any suggestions?

My car has decent gas mileage— about 40 mpg with a bit less when driving predominantly in town. It fits my petite frame very well but my husband, who is larger, says he is comfortable driving it as well and actually owns his own fit. The car has good visibility and is responsive on the road. It takes curves well, and the acceleration is more than sufficient for entering the freeway and it responds well when a quick maneuver is needed. I love this car more than any other car I have had.

Had been searching for a vehicle all weekend (went to Reliable and Toyota off Alameda) had the worst experience's there!! Was referred to M & F to see Eric, scared because of the other experiences, but he welcomed us, didn't pressure us, we saw what we loved and he not only made it easy but also gave me a really good deal. GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

When the Volt first came out I would give it 5 stars for everything, now new cars coming out so I took some off but still mostly 5 stars. It is still a great value. No car is perfect but this has allowed me to avoid a lot of maintenance and repairs of regular gas cars.

Repairs were completed on a timely basis although a vehicle replacement was not offered due to the repairs took longer than 24 hours. Other than that I would recommend.

This is a great car! I love the features, esp the sport function, which gives you a boost if you need to jump on it. Obviously, some people don't use this feature or don't know what it does. When getting on the freeway, I always use it, then simply turn it off when necessary. I usually get about 34-36 mpg on long trips and around town about 28-32mpg. The one and only complaint I have is that it is too low to the ground and sometimes it's very difficult to get in. If I move the driver's seat back, it makes it easier. I am the original owner of a 2017. The other features i like are the backup camera, electric side view mirrors, speak feature to make calls, the interior is gorgeous, the hatchback. I just really love this car. I have never had a problem with it. If you're looking for a reliable car, this is it!

This car is amazing to drive the way it looks beautiful I would recommend this vehicle to anybody. I love the look before the modern facelift hope Audi keeps the stalling for this car. Just beautiful timeless.
