A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.

As described and amazing car. Would be nice that it would have a small spare tire of sort but still an amazing vehicle and safety as 1st priority.

CarMax was prompt reaching out to me. When I looked at the car there was no pressure to buy it. I ended up getting something else and was quickly in and out of the dealership!

I have a 2021 Prius AWD with 233,000 km. Not one issue. Starts even at -40 degrees and everything works as it should. No rattles or lose pieces. Just a solid car. I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.

I stopped in to look at a vehicle not expecting to get the numbers to work. I worked with Virginia and she, not only, made the numbers work, but got the numbers to work better than I expected. We love Dreyer & Reinbold! We can say they have always made buying a new car fun! who says that???!! Our new 2025 Countryman Electric is our 5th Mini from them. Presley Stewart kept me updated throughout the ordering process, at pick up taught us all kinds of crazy new features. There is so much to learn that we have a follow-up date. I can say I have a new friend. and BTW our new Mini's name is Fritz... names after the Cincy hippo :)

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I purchased my Spark new, June 2019. I love this car! It is now, one month before 6 yrs of owning my Spark. It has less than 10,900 miles on it. This car has great maneuverability, gets great gas mileage, and I love the Hot Red body color. The only thing I've had to replace, in almost 6 yrs, is the battery. And that was just a few months ago during freezing weather. It gets regular oil changes and maintenance checks. The 2019 Chevy Spark is one great little car for the money.

I purchased my 2015 Ford fiesta SE about a month ago with 30,000 miles on it. It is a 5 speed manual transmission and have done some light maintenance to it like changed the oil, wiper blades and new tires. I purchased this car to use for commuting to and from work and everyday use. I was able to take it out on the open road over the weekend and was very surprised how well it performed going up steep hills and on the highway. It kept it's power up hills and I was easily able to maintain a 75 mph. Great on gas, fun to drive the only con that I have experienced this far is the limited back seat space. Overall a great little economical car for the price.

Presley Stewart did a fantastic job taking care of us as EV newbies and answering all our questions. And when there was additional follow-up paperwork, Todd Bourff went above and beyond to get the tedious work finished. We're very satisfied! Oh, they also graciously offered me a very face-saving value for my trade-in, which probably was only worth the gas in its tank.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Damian King was great to work with. Since I hadn't planned on buying a car (mine was totalled by being hit by a truck) I went in with no idea what I wanted. He was patient and explained cars and options well. Once I decided what I wanted he went to work finding it. I will start with, if you live in Indianapolis, Indiana area, and want a Mini, you have to stop in and buy one from Presley. She was one of the best sales people I have worked with. Strong handshake and a big smile. And she knows the cars very well and will work with you to find what you like and will ask you questions that will make you think of thing you did not realize you wanted in a car. I came in two days ago after leasing a car from another place that was a very very bad experience. I spoke to her about the car I was looking at and said I needed to wait until the end of November when my lease of the other car was complete. She said ok and let me test drive the Mini Countryman. Great Car by the way and super lux inside to me. After she asked me more about what was going on and after the conversation she said ok here is my card and give me a call when you are ready. I went home and by the time I got home she sent me a text and said that she was working out a deal for me to get out of my bad situation and in the car I wanted. So she worked it out where they made me a deal that I could not refuse. It was a great deal and today, after thinking it over for one day, I was like I am going to buy a Mini. She made it where I was able to get the car I wanted and get out of the other car and did not do the car salesperson trick where you think you are getting a deal and is not. I actually got the deal she stated I would get. I do not have that feeling I normally get after buying a car. That feeling of (what did I just do???). And the paperwork process was quick. Asked me some information and sent a link to a secure site to start the credit application and stuff before getting there. I have to say that I was very pleased overall with the process of getting the car. This would be the only time that I have purchased a car and did not leave with a headache.

I drive around town most days and love the idea of not using as much gas. I drive older volvo's that I love for many reasons but they are aging and certainly not good on gas. I like the idea of full EV cars but the cost is very high and range for me (I take a lot of 200-300 mile road trips) makes it more complicated along with the expense of charging stations or installing upgraded home chargers. I bought a used Volt with 50k miles and it honestly is a pretty awesome car. I can drive around town almost purely on electric, just plug in at night to a standard outlet. And barring me going on a road trip a tank of gas a month maybe less. (8 gallons to fill up!!!!) I love the heated seats and wheel. The interior layout is great and its a very quiet car. It's quick around town and holds its own on the freeway. Are the seats volvo comfortable? NO, but they aren't bad at all in the leather premier trim. Is the back seat huge not really but if you are less than 6' it should be fine. The bose sound system is GREAT. All the safety features are nice. Back up camera, front and rear sensors, lane keep, adaptive cruise, etc.... It took a week or so to get used to how to drive it in EV and maximize my range. I can now get around 55-60 miles in town. I would say to read the manual for sure, the climate controls are situated to save electricity so there is no A/C on or off button and I had to read up on how it works. I got the hang of it once I took the time to understand what did what. The Chevy Volt forum is a wealth of knowledge as well, and that really made it easy to learn how the car works. Apart from slight learning curve it is an excellent car you can easily run in EV only if it suits your situation. Long trips are no problem I can get 42 mpg on the freeway usually and no down time to charge at stations along the way. This is a great car to bridge the gap between full gas and full electric and given the price to purchase it almost makes sense not to own one. I LOVE IT.
