After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

The service appointment was started on time and the service agent was pleasant and informative. I wish he would have explained all that was done during the visit. They used to wash the outside of the car. Overall, I was pleased.

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I see that all reviews here seem to be negative but it is now 2023 and hopefully things have changed. I have nothing but good to say about my sales guy Dean Tower, at Columbia Hyundai. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and he was very helpfull and informative also helped me set up the system which nowadays can be very confusing. I would recommend him if you need a sales guy.

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

Hold to find a honest salesman in anything but Derrick Bunger broke that cycle. Did what he said he would do how rare is that.

I drive for Uber, and this is the perfect car for ride-share drivers. I did previously drove an Acura MDX which was more comfortable and luxurious, but at 21 mpg it just didn't make since. The dealer was surprised and asked if I was trading it for the Prius, I assured him I knew what I was doing. Turns out it is the smartest car I have ever owned and for me was a very smart purchase. Do not give it a 2nd thought if you are on the fence. I can get Luggage into the back that surprises people with the amount of space, way more that a sedan with a regular trunk, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable. I am averaging 54 mpg which is just phenomenal. As a bonus the maintenance and tires are way cheaper to maintain and replace too. These are built in Japan and it shows quality wise.

My husband and I recently purchased a brand new 2019 Toyota RAV4 through Marshall Dry Ridge Toyota, with Bob Snow. We have absolutely nothing but incredible things to say about our experience at this dealership, and more importantly, with Bob in specific. He was beyond patient and willing to do anything he could to get us the best deal, and make sure we got everything we wanted in the car. Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. We bought a brand new Venza 2 years ago. The purchase was good & zero problem with service. Do not fall for the scam with Marshall care. It’s not worth $3000. You have to go through sales to schedule and appointment, then service to get oil changed. And to make it even more of a hassle, the CUSTOMER has to do the coordination of the two. These two services don’t communicate with each other! Each time we have used it, It’s 3 plus hours ordeal, not to mention the time they “forgot” to detail it… or the the time they neglected to clean the interior… or the time the head guy was contacted… If you live close & can drop it off for the day it maybe beneficial. We could have bought a lifetime’s worth of cleaning at a fancy car wash & been in and out faster and with more reliable service.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

As a first-time car buyer, I did extensive research as well as visit several dealerships in multiple different areas. Becks auto group stood out and by far gave the best overall experience without the hassle of a typical used car dealer. Sam and Doug made the process informative, transparent, and professional. I drove my car off their lot a month ago and could not be happier with its performance and use. There was some miscommunication with my trade in but nothing to diminish my overall experience. I have a 2010, 2011, 2021 Kia Soul. I think that says enough. Having a car last with minor repairs and 400,000 miles. Says something for the Kia.

He spent all the time I needed walking though the inventory, and having a number of test drives! I got a new car today and they approved me at the very best rate too! This is the second Chevrolet Sonic that I have owned. I only bought the newer 2019 vehicle because I just loved my 2016 model as well. I would like to find a 2020 in the future, as this was the last year of its manufacturing. I love all the features and how this wonderful vehicle operates and handles the road. It is reliable and good on gas, as well.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

Despite some very negative reviews, I tried this dealership because they had the vehicle I wanted. I came prepared for bad things because of the warnings in the reviews. I found that they are not the bad guys the reviews suggested. They were very upfront about the vehicle, which was exactly as represented, about their post-sale responsibility (vehicles sold as is) and did not try any bait and switch. Johnny Lee was very helpful and sincere. Only two complaints - 1. after the deal was made it was two more hours before we were able to leave the dealership (i have had this same experience almost every time i have purchased a vehicle, so nothing different here) 2. Their price is no-haggle (I think this is actually good, I hate to haggle, I just wish I had known that before I tried to haggle.) I do not hesitate to recommend them and I would go back. Those bad reviews? I don't know but I suspect those supposed buyers didn't do their homework before shopping, and need someone to blame for the mistake they made. Or else they just like bad mouthing others.

I traded in my Buick Enclave for a VW Beetle over 6 years ago and have loved it nearly every day. The Turbo engine is fantastic. It's been a great little car. The only complaint is that it's not great (at all!) in the snow. Other than that, two thumbs up.

We went out to look at a convertible A5. Columbia had the color combo desired vs another dealer. They could not have been nicer, responsive and the consultant kept in contact thoughtfully. The buying experience was enjoyable, and the A5 convertible is awesome. Haven’t had to service yet, but they do communicate on scheduled maintenance. So far so good. Thanks Ron, I love my car!

Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.

got the car mid 2023 as a gift. it’s my first car and honestly, it’s amazing. doesn’t have anything too flashy, but gets me from point a to b. she’s super spacious, though my heated seats sometimes don’t work. the ac does break sometimes, but i love how fast the take off speed is :)
