Upon our first meeting, Michael provided me with CarFax reports on the vehicle and introduced me to Sean, his Sales Manager, who answered additional questions about the dealership and their approach to selling vehicles (Sean also served up an excellent espresso, which was a nice touch). Michael provided me with a thorough overview of the car's exterior and interior, and reviewed details on safely operating the vehicle. The test drive was relaxing (Michael asked if I would like to take a test drive solo, or have him accompany me, which was my preference). I liked the "no-haggle" approach of Ron Marhofer Hyundai; and based on the test drive and excellent condition of the vehicle, and the extremely competitive asking price, I made the decision to purchase the vehicle. Brandon, the financing specialist, managed the paperwork flow exceptionally, and the documents were finalized and signed in record time. I was handed the keys and headed home with the best car purchasing experience now in my rear-view mirror. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Dave was our salesman and he was amazing. So friendly and easy to talk to. He understood our needs and worked very hard to help us find the right fit. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but if he did not know something, he spent some time to figure it out and showed us the next time we returned. We wanted to use our own credit union for financing to get the best interest rate possible. We felt a little pressure by the manager to try to use the finance companies through the dealership, even to the point that the finance guy was brought out to speak to us. We politely listened to what he had to say and declined his offer. When we came back to purchase the vehicle and had to sit down with him to complete the paperwork, he seemed a little put off and would not make eye contact with us. It felt like he was pouting because we did not allow him to try to get our car financed. Seems to me that should be something that he could shrug off a little easier than he did.

Great driver. Good gas mileage. Problem free. Second soul I have owned and just as good. My first was a 2013 and I had it for 6 years. I've had this one for over 3 years,

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

They followed up nicely but they were not pests or pushy. Very respectful and considerate!

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

The car is very reliable, bigger in the inside than you would expect, rides smooth, but the best part is its perfect for shorter people.

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I bought this car brand new with less than 10 miles on it; few years later it’s got 50,000 miles and I haven’t had a single issue with it. I feel like most cars I’ve had don’t ever feel the same as they did brand new after you break it in. That is not the case with the Impreza, it feels the same as it did when I first drove it off the lot. This is hands down the best car I’ve ever owned and I have owned over half a dozen new and used cars.

In the past we owned a 2013 328. Loved that car. Purchased this 2019 430i a week ago. It’s basically the exact same car inside as it was in 2013. No real complaints, if it works it works I guess. Car still very comfortable and stylish looking. Handles very well, good power with the 2.0t. Look forward to having this car for years to come

The car is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space, the trunk is huge. There is ventilation in the front and back, multiple charging places, and all the great safety features.

I bought a leftover Ford CMax Energi plug-in hybrid 6 years ago. My only regret is, that Ford discontinued making this model. I was a Mopar man all my life, but I am now a Ford man. My CMax is the most satisfying car I have ever owned, and I will keep it until I die. It's a plug -in hybrid, so I can drive 1,000 miles from Philly to Tampa without sopping to charge the battery. One or two fill-ups for gas. And it has electric everything, so it's so comfortable to drive all day. I just wish I was younger, so I could enjoy it longer.
