It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. Spectacular car, highly practical and great value for the money. Spacious and comfortable ride. The range is sufficient for my commute and errands I have to run. If needed it can go fast. Just be careful bc going 80mph or more will drain the battery quick. As long as you don't need to speed all the time it's a great car.

The car meets a perfect speed standard for specific drivers, if you want power when you need to pass somebody or just got a nice long road you want to open it up on, you can do it, very well if I must say, the 2.0t is a amazing motor overall, so many different things you can do with it power wise, just overall a great balance car, butttt your back seat is not the best in a 2 door, which is what I have lol, oh well

The MRK 4 Golf 2.0 is a tank of a car that can run just fine on the worst of maintenance record it makes the rank of cockroach car. The exterior has aged well and looks good the interior is a VW from the 90s it's cheap and cheap to replace but it works although the drivers seats are garbage. The 5-Speed in the car makes it livable and somewhat entertaining to drive and the 2.0 is a crude 70s 4 banger that's a tank of a unit that I have gotten 30+ mpg. These motors also function well on little or lack of maintenance and greatly benefit from even the cheapest rock auto parts this is a 220,000 mile plus tank of a car

I purchased a Honda from this dealership in October. Based on my experience with 1st Choice Auto, I'd rate their communication 5/5 and the condition of the vehicle that I purchased from them 3.5/5, for a total of 4/5 stars. The pros: they answer calls promptly and courteously. They work with out-of-state buyers (i.e., I was permitted to send a mobile mechanic to check out the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection, and I was allowed to put down a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle). They provided an itemized list and total of all costs over the phone and by email, and offered to handle the DMV/MVA paperwork for me. The mechanic noted that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, and the dealership took care of that for me at my request. The cons: their listings claim that, "All safety recalls performed prior to vehicle pickup." That was not, in fact, the case with my vehicle. I arrived at the dealership more than three business days after placing my deposit. They offered to take it to a Honda dealership for me to get the recall resolved, but it was too late and inconvenient at that stage to do so (an acquaintance drove me a bit under 2 hours to reach the dealership as I did not have my own car, and I didn't want to impose on them any further by returning at a later date). Furthermore, while the car did pass both Virginia's state inspection and my home state's inspection, I ended up paying an additional $600+ for repairs. My advice is to mentally tack on an additional 10% to 15% to the total purchase price to land at a realistic amount you'll end up paying, and don't expect the vehicle to be 100% as you drive off the lot with it. If you find yourself considering a vehicle at the upper end of your budget, be sure to inspect the vehicle first and revise your offer accordingly.

What a great experience! I was searching for a specific car for about 2 months with the options I wanted. I came across Eagle Automotives on my search and emailed my interest. Purchased for my wife's 80 + mile daily commute. She drove it daily for over 10 and a half years. All maintenance done by the Honda Dealer in Saratoga Springs, NY Great service, by the way. A very trouble free car. She decided to purchase a new CRV earlier this year. I now drive the Insight for my daily 40 mile commute. I average 58MPG, as I drive it very easy and avoid the interstate. It now has 228,000 miles and still going strong! I highly recommend this if you don't mind its lower performance but it pays back in great gas mileage. I fill up every 14 to 16 days for less than $18.00. Can't say enough about how good of a car this is. My son is turning 16, in a few months. This will be his 1 car. I am looking for another one for myself.

I have the touring edition with all the bells and whistles. This top of the line car really boasts quality, the chrome touches and unique front end really makes it stand out. If you drive it in sport it drives really well along with great gas mileage. The ten speaker 452 watt sounds great, wish the subwoofer was larger but if you tune it well most songs sound good. The touring exterior really looks sharp, it looks different from the lower models.

I was blown away at its performance and ability to pick up and go. The interior is whisper quiet on the freeway in heavy traffic. The comfort level is a 15 out of 10. All the electronic do-dads ... Mind blowing (for me anyway 😝) Couldn't be happier!
