After I retired I knew any car that I bought from then on would probably be used. I live in rural Maine where winters are variable but always challenging with bouts of snow, freezing rain and cold. The State of Maine’s official policy is for all roads to be clear of ice and snow within 24 hours of the end of a storm so to accomplish this feat a lot of ice melt i spread which wrecks havoc with the ice and snow that covers the road but also will steadily eat away at the undersides and running components of cars. Thus for my cars I have found it necessary to shop online to buy a car that has never seen a Maine winter.. Now, shopping online for a “new” car is frightening to most people and that is easy to understand. So when I go shopping for a car I depend a lot on the visual presentation of the vehicle as well as any other clues about the nature of the dealership that holds the car for sale. There are many websites devoted to selling used cars and it was on one of them that I discovered the 2014 Mercedes Benz ML550 that I bought. I found it at Supreme Carriage in Wauconda, Illinois. I had been hunting for a Mercedes Benz SUV that had certain items of equipment necessary for my use here in Maine. There it was sparkling with not only the right equipment but the right use and maintenance history: Now for many people buying a car sight unseen located more than 1200 miles away might seem impossible. But from the deep information on the Supreme Carriage website the condition of the vehicle seemed to be outstanding. I had a fairly lengthy discussion with Shaun, the owner on the phone. Shaun is knowledgeable and seemed very familiar with the ML.. It was important that he had driven the car with his entire family aboard. I was impressed with his straightforward attitude, no sales pitch, no hype. Shaun also had a reasonable solution to the issue of transporting the car from his shop to my home and I felt comfortable leaving the details of that in his hands. (To be clear, I had done my own shopping for shipping the car and I couldn’t have flown to Illinois and driven the car to Maine for anywhere near the cost of shipping). Obviously this was a highly professional car dealer! So the price was right; the Impression I had formed of the person selling me the Mercedes was strong and the deal was struck on Friday. The car arrived in my driveway the next Thursday. Better still, once in my driveway, the Mercedes ML550 was better than had been described. So I am pleased to recommend Supreme Carriage and its owner Shaun to anyone for your next car regardless of what it might be. What you will get is an honest and straight forward car shopping experience whether you are standing there looking at the car before you buy it or live hundreds of miles away.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

I've had EVs since 2012. First was a Nissan Leaf, then a VW eGolf, then an Audi A3 etron. Those were all outstanding cars, but compared to all of those the i4 eDrive40 is in a different class. It's very responsive and quick. It feels extremely high-tech and plays Hans Zimmer iconic sounds. When we've gone on longer trips, consistently gets 280-300mi / 100% charge. Unless we're on a trip, I only charge it to 80% and it gets about 220-240mi on a charge. It's amazingly smooth and solid, and the interior is top notch. The M-Sport Pro package with custom color and leather made it at the top of the price range, so from a value perspective it seems excessive.

I purchased a 96 Caprice from this dealer.....buying experience was top notch. They answered all of my many questions about the car, negotiated price with me and had the car delivered in record time. The vehicle arrived in an enclosed trailer, was clean and ran perfectly. There were no issues with the car that I found. Normal wear and tear for a 21 year old car but very clean and taken care of. Great Experience overall!! I recently bought a 2025 Infiniti QX60 from this dealership. Overall a fantastic experience. Trevor made the entire purchase a seamless experience. Dave the GM went above and beyond to make sure I got the SUV I was looking for and that everything was exactly as I hoped it would be. They both followed up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was taken care of. The owner Greg also reached out during the buying process to make sure his team were taking great care of me. Overall it was a great experience. I got the car I wanted and the entire team were great. As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

This car meets and exceeds all needs. It is small but much more roomy than expected on the inside. It comfortably seats 4 people and the heated seats are a huge bonus.

Even without an appointment they got me in for an oil change and then let me know what else should be done.

I had my 2015 STI towed there after throwing a rod bearing. Unfortunately, due to the history of the car (previous owner modified heavily), they wouldn't have been able to cover repairs under warranty. Instead of paying $6k+ for repairs, I traded it in on a used Infiniti. The sales folks were great, overall a great experience despite the circumstances.

It is a good car no matter for work or travel. It offers a good space with comfortable seats, even driving 4 hours won't make you feel tired. When you switch to sport mode, it is super fast, reach 60mph in 5 seconds, it is hard to imagine such a big car can run so fast. Only thing is the low fuel efficiency, and difficult for parking because of the big size.

The best purchase of my life. Bought this while in college as a basic sedan that I always liked the look of, and it was the most pleasant surprise of my life! So affordable, fun, peppy, responsive, and easy to maintain. It’s one of those cars that becomes your identity and a part of your personality. Maintained the car in my early 20s while going to school and had zero issues funding this car. Gas is cheap and my most major issue was the suspension needed to be redone when I hit 200k miles and because of harsh winters, I decided to put that repair money into a new AWD car. I miss the Mazda though!!! Recommend this vehicle to anyone and everyone!

I've owned my Mustang LX 5.0l L Coupe since new and have recently put a turbo into it and it now makes almost 600 RWHP and as a road course race vehicle, it's been amazing for the money that I paid for it! I absolutely love this car and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fast car with little braking and terrible steering as well, if you want to compete well, you'll be having to work aggressively to make it to that point of winning races, but if you want to just create, then you don't need to do much!;

I am a 30 year automotive professional and a Porsche owner since 1985. The Panamera GTS v8 is a BEAST. I love this car. I mean I love this car. If I ever sell it, I would want it to go to a family member or a close friend without hesitation. Having driven and owned multiple marque brands including Aston Martin, Bentley, Ferrari, BMW I can say that Porsche never disappoints. My GTS is a daily driver and one of the most comfortable and reliable cars I have ever driven. The interior is laid out extremely well and the exterior design is still jaw dropping. The performance from the 440 HP engine and multiple performance setting make this a true driver's car. P.S. Since 1984, All I have to do is hold the Porsche key in my hand to put a smile on my face, and I'm still smiling.

We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.
