Drove 2 hours to look at a Mercedes Grace Auto Group had on their lot. I had several questions regarding the vehicle before driving 2 hours to test drive it. My questions were promptly addressed and answered. The car was in excellent condition as advertised. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I bought the vehicle! This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

What can I say. Overall a great experience. They really enjoy what they do over here and the stock of cars is amazing!! One word of advice is make sure you check every small detail. The sales people can miss details and so can you. They move cars QUICK here and the sales reps on a Saturday seemed very busy!! The dealer had burgers and drinks to share with us while we waited which was awesome. Before I met the owner and his son, I was getting the feeling this was a family business, and it is! Really a great experience and awesome selection of cars. A++ dealer for used high end cars!

Thoroughly reliable diesel automobile. Steady fwy driving will get you 45 mpg. Nice not to have to change spark plugs. Likely not a great choice in subzero weather.

One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

John and Jason went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. Being from Pennsylvania and having a wife with a medical condition, getting to the dealership just wasn't possible for me. I was nervous about buying a car online without seeing and test driving it first. They took the time to answer all of my questions and provided as much information as they could about the car. Our '17 GT is the 2nd one we have owned. Reliable, tho a bit expensive, only if you do not keep the regular maint. Wish BMW had continued this model rather than changing .

This car handles very well. I'm very pleased with the interior comfort and accessibility to all the features available. Handles the road like a dream. Smooth, precise, and fits anywhere. Great on fuel, uses no oil, instrument panel easy to read, and feels like a luxury vehicle, but doesn't have a luxury price.

My filipina wife and I bought our 2007 Toyota yaris Sedan in 2007 and it's been running great ever since! We thank GOD for it everyday. Starts good (interstate battery) and runs well. We are grateful for it! Hope and pray it lasts another two to five years or more. It's not luxury, it's not flashy, it's not high maintenance, it's just a reliable little vehicle. GOD is good!

This car has a lot of bells and whistles, some of which I don't need. The radio is a disappointment. It can't pick up a radio station 35 miles away.

I wanted a hatchback, always been a big fan so I have been looking on and off for a while and when Shift presented me with an Audi A3 Hatch, and it was a hybrid I jumped on it. Only thing that I regret is not finding one with Android Auto build in, if anyone has a recommendation to do that for cheap, let me know

Imagine driving by gas stations and waving instead of stopping. That's me, now that I own an Electric Focus. And, there are many places with free electricity in Sacramento, including my employer. In the Bay Area, I have access to the carpool lane even when driving solo because it comes with the "clean-air sticker." If I run the air conditioning, I get 70 miles; otherwise, I get closer to 90 miles per charge. Overall, I love my Ford Focus Electric.

I’ve been driving over 50 years and I have to say, this was the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I had a rough day with my old car, I had to face the fact that repairs would be way too high and I would just have to buy another car. After going to several other dealerships in the area, I went home and cried. My daughter came home and said we are going tonight to find a car. We went to John Kennedy Ford of Feasterville first. However, with a simple TRD air filter and a low noise Magnaflow muffler. I beat up Mustangs and Camaros all day with my 6 speed manual.

80,000 miles so far on my 2013 Prius C. My car has been hit twice and has come out of those repairs with zero issues, still feels like the car it was the day I bought it (purchased new from dealership). Incredible gas mileage. Only downside to this car is that it is not a quiet ride. I can really only use Bluetooth for calls if I’m driving around the city, as soon as I’m on the highway it’s too loud.

Very responsive. No pressure. They understood my time table. And they offered assistance as I live in Pennsylvania. I have not purchased yet but plan to go over to drive a car.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I bought my golf new at the end of 2016 and would have kept it much longer if it had not been totaled in an accident. The few little issues I had were covered under the initial warranty (coolant leak, trunk leak). Nothing else other than normal maintenance things like brakes and tires up to 81,000 - that's as far as I can speak to. I took good care of it, did the VW service things for the most part and I have no doubt it would have lasted to 200K or beyond. It looked cool and was fun to drive. I had the S manual. I enjoy driving and had a tiny regret about not getting the Wolfsburg edition (faster engine, slightly better options like heated seats and sun/moon roof).

Regarding Stephan and Lauren's purchase of the Audi 2021 on 3/20 2024. Working with Judas and Bill Smith. They really guided us through and h they were on top of everything that we needed to sign and they were courteous and very pleasant to deal with. Ryan was the gentleman that took an hour with us in the car, explaining all the nuts and bolts of how the Audi performs. He was wonderful. He was comical, but he was exact. And it was a pleasure working with Ryan. I highly recommend him for anybody else that's troubleshooting their Audi. Thank you so much.
