I expect people to be trustworthy, warm, and dependable when they are trying to take my money from me but when they have my money and problems developing they remain trustworthy, warm, and dependable that is when real character and quality is important. Shortly after I took possession of my car problems developed. Mssrs. Demiralp and Sloan and Ms. Khachi were everything anyone could ask for in that situation, expert, very helpful, and efficient. I am very grateful to them and because of the way they treated me I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The fact that I love the car certainly helps.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

The team at the BMW service desk—especially Tasha—helped me figure out how to bring in my car without forcing me to cancel my appointments or leave my elderly mother unattended. Tasha went above and beyond by arranging for someone to pick up my car from my home and return it after the service was completed. I am so appreciative of the care and support I received during a difficult time. I’ve been coming to the Sterling location since I bought my beautiful BMW X3 six years ago, and the service has always been outstanding. BMW of Sterling was very good in taking care of the water pump problem that was caused by a recall issue. Even though it took a little longer than I expected their excellent team (especially Julie) kept me up to date and took very good care of me. A very good experience and I’m looking forward to my next purchase with them.

The Prius is the last cat you will have to buy. The reason being is that this vehicle is extremely reliable. It gets over 50 MPG & it doesn’t have any issues or problems whatsoever. I was skeptical upon purchasing this vehicle, being 6 ft. 1 & 235 lbs, but it actually is quite comfortable inside. Overall this is a rock solid vehicle, it will not disappoint you in any way. Highly recommended!
