I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. We've had the car now for a week and it's been great. As I said it's been one of the best buying experiences I've had. A+, highly recommend, would go again. I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

A nimble and quick hatchback. A total sleeper that outperforms a Mini or a VW. Very safe as well. The interior style is like a modern art museum.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

We have had our 2015 B Class Electric Drive for over two years now, and it is a great car! New it cost over $42,000, but we bought it off-lease in February 2019 for $18,000. This car is smooth, quiet, very quick, and beautifully made: the German engineering shines, as well as their attention to detail during construction! We have had not one problem with this car. Maintenance has been limited to new tires, wiper blades, wheel alignment: in other words, practically nothing. No oil changes, transmission servicing, etc. We replaced the original run-flat tires with standard radials, and the ride improved dramatically.

The S7 may be the most perfect car ever made...once you get it used. At a whopping 100K price tag new, just wait 3 years and they hit the 40K mark quite quickly. Then, you have the smoothest, slickest, near supercar out there with minimal investment or risk. Best Audi I've ever had and I've had 14!

I purchased a Honda from this dealership in October. Based on my experience with 1st Choice Auto, I'd rate their communication 5/5 and the condition of the vehicle that I purchased from them 3.5/5, for a total of 4/5 stars. The pros: they answer calls promptly and courteously. They work with out-of-state buyers (i.e., I was permitted to send a mobile mechanic to check out the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection, and I was allowed to put down a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle). They provided an itemized list and total of all costs over the phone and by email, and offered to handle the DMV/MVA paperwork for me. The mechanic noted that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, and the dealership took care of that for me at my request. The cons: their listings claim that, "All safety recalls performed prior to vehicle pickup." That was not, in fact, the case with my vehicle. I arrived at the dealership more than three business days after placing my deposit. They offered to take it to a Honda dealership for me to get the recall resolved, but it was too late and inconvenient at that stage to do so (an acquaintance drove me a bit under 2 hours to reach the dealership as I did not have my own car, and I didn't want to impose on them any further by returning at a later date). Furthermore, while the car did pass both Virginia's state inspection and my home state's inspection, I ended up paying an additional $600+ for repairs. My advice is to mentally tack on an additional 10% to 15% to the total purchase price to land at a realistic amount you'll end up paying, and don't expect the vehicle to be 100% as you drive off the lot with it. If you find yourself considering a vehicle at the upper end of your budget, be sure to inspect the vehicle first and revise your offer accordingly.

Great used car. A little cramped for the driver. Wish the seat had adjustment for height. Otherwise I love the reliability and MPG (average combined 36-38 with a stick). Very practical and can haul a decent amount of gear. Bought mine in 2020 with 89K and now have 122k only needing snow tires for the New England winter.

The car has a lot more pep than I though it would. Even though it doesn't have ALL the bells and whistles, it has a lot more than I'm accustomed to! I like the amount of cargo space the car has, and the different configurations available to take advantage of that space. It rides smooth. It's comfortable. It's nice car; a real nice car!

Bought this new, never had any major issues mechanically. I take care to give it regular oil changes with synthetic. The nav has gotten laggy so I don't bother with it anymore and stick with my phone. I've also noticed the TPMS sensors seem more sensitive lately, so it annoyingly warns me about low tire pressure, even when it's not that bad yet. This blocks the screen telling me avg. mpg, so I have to fill it up I can't just ignore it for awhile. Other than that I still love driving it, it's quick enough for me and fun to drive around town. I was expecting to change cars much early especially with the warranty now over, but I'm going to stick with it for a few more years.

Absolutely love the car. The 2.5 is one of my favorite engines, I’m 6’2” and even in the two door it’s one of the comfiest cars I’ve ever driven. 6sp swapped it and threw it on track suspension and the car is an absolute weapon in the mountains. Once you play around in the engine bay a bunch you kinda lose the reliability but she’ll never blow.

If my credit was on point I would've been driving my dream car. The K900 is a sleeper for those who do not know. But they did try to help.

I needed a compromise between comfort reliability efficiency and performance and this was it. Not the fastest to 60 but power available with no hesitation. 10 air bags and safety features are welcome as well.

I absolutely love my 2013 WRX Hatchback. I got mine used at 80,000 miles and I've already put 13,000 miles on in less than 9 months. I RELIGIOUSLY let mine warm up before driving, I change oil every 3,500-4,000 miles, I CLEAN THE MAF SENSOR often (extremely easy), and I do not have any engine modifications done... This motor has been reliable through and through if you truly take care of it, just like any car... [I also suggest a good throttle-body cleaning, and I'm about to do my spark plugs soon too!] The cloth seat gets slightly uncomfortable if you're really moving your body around roughly, but 2.5 hour road trips don't bother me at all. The space on the hatchback model is legendary, it's ALMOST as good as my old 2009 Scion xB... Less headroom/height, but it is just as wide, and deep! The sound system is also mid-tier but that's easily fixable... Especially if you have a cat-back exhaust like me, then you'll never turn the radio on anyway LOL! My pops has a 930-WHP 6-speed Challenger Hellcat... So I can't necessarily call this car fast; But it is very quick for what it is regarding the price... It corners faster than the average person could ever handle, and off-road it is just as awesome as you would dream. [Coil-overs are a great upgrade for this car (or any car), in an effort to improve handling.] Of course, during some latter model years, all WRX's and STI's come with the wide-body... so the car just looks extremely beautiful in my opinion. I also put aftermarket LED headlights and taillights on mine to really seal off the look of the car! This was also my first manual car, which I really, really, REALLY love to drive... The shifter itself is a little 'clunky', but a Cobb aftermarket Short-Shifter+Bushings could easily fix that. The clutch has always felt perfect to me; Not too light, not too heavy... This car is great, and I hope you buy one to fall in love with too!
