The buying process took no time at all. As soon as I got in I was shown the car I was looking at online. Got to test drive it straight away, came back in and started getting the numbers all together plus my trade in. And before I knew it I was paying for my car and was out of there. I will always be going there and working with Frank he has always been the best for all the cars we have gotten from Waldorf Toyota.

I have been watching for a 2019 Santa Fe and when I got a Cars.com notice on one at an amazing price, I jumped on it. Due to COVID-19, most dealerships are limited and this was the Memorial Day Weekend. I sent an email and got a response the same day. Went and saw the car at the dealership, took a test drive, and now it's mine. Annapolis made the deal easy and efficient. Paul even took me out and helped me with some of the advanced features on the car. They cleaned her up and touched up some scrape marks so she looks brand new. LOVE my new to me car.

Initially Carl was standing in the rain as I got out my vehicle and I asked him why was he standing in the rain? He replied that came out to greet me. Carl listened to me and brought out some options but they didn’t speak to me. We decided on a specific model and I gave them 3 color options. Given that Carl was still learning the sale was finally assigned to Dwayne. Dwayne shared that he would loop Carl into the purchase. Dwayne and I discussed my desires as we conversed in a little small talk, while remaining professional. Dwayne brought the Manager into the conversation and shared my interest with him. Dwayne worked diligently on confirming the vehicle for me. We closed the deal. Truly an amazing car. Extremely dependable and decent gas mileage. Spacious for its size. Went on a 4000 mile road trip with it. Handles great in snow with the FWD

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

It's a fantastic vehicle, both inside and out. I get about 30-50 electric miles depending on whether I do freeway or side-street driving, what the outdoor temperature is, if I have AC on, etc. I get 50-60 mpg when the engine turns on. It gets to freeway speeds really fast in sport mode, but I normally stay on eco/normal mode - normal mode has more than enough power for my needs. Interior features lack the extra toys from the XSE and Premium trims, but I can live without them. Trunk space is adequate with the folding cover attached and only slightly better without it due to the sloped rear exterior. But I've never had a problem with trunk space since folding down the seats grants more than enough room for my needs. Cabin space is decent. No one in my family and friend group is over 182 cm tall so all of them can fit with ample head and leg room. I have no complaints with the handling, even at higher speeds. It's smooth, but outside noise does get a bit loud especially when the engine turns on. Charging is a tad over nine hours if using a standard 110v/120v L1 charger, and half that with a 220v/240v L2 charger. The Prius Prime is not built to handle DC charging, so don't bother with that. EV mode is good for up to 55 mph or so, and HV mode is good for speeds beyond that. The sweet spot speed for HV mode seems to be around 65-72 mph. Beyond that and efficiency takes a nosedive. The Prius Prime, or any plug-in hybrid (PHEV), isn't for everyone. It's the best of both worlds, but it's also the worst of both worlds. During EV mode, a PHEV is a less efficient battery electric vehicle (BEV) since it's carrying a heavy internal combustion engine (ICE) that isn't being used, along with all the other ICE components. It also has all the maintenance requirements of the standard HEV variant, unlike a true BEV. When the battery is depleted, a PHEV is a worse hybrid since it's carrying a big battery that isn't being used. Despite a PHEV's versatility between gasoline and electric usage, it isn't for everyone. It can run on gasoline only without ever charging the battery, but then you lose all the benefits of EV driving. You paid extra for the EV experience, so you might as well charge the battery. Final thoughts: the Prius Prime is a very good car, but only If you can charge at home. If not, then get the standard Prius since that one is an even more efficient hybrid.

Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

This car has a lot of bells and whistles, some of which I don't need. The radio is a disappointment. It can't pick up a radio station 35 miles away.

My overall experience was good I actually got the delivery from the Nissan dealership, which is an old dealership. I wish I gotten from the new Hyundai dealership which is much better. My salesperson was Eric he arranged my car from a different dealership in a day which is good. Ask for Eric he will make your car purchase experience better.

Ubered three years in it and everybody said this is a great little car. They were thinking about getting it for their teenagers first brake job at 266,000 miles I’m sorry incorrect 244,000 miles. Great gas mileage, pretty quick for a little car no problems catching up to people.

My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. I ended up at Alexandria Toyota. Never in my life have I met so many nice and wonderful people in one place and never has such a huge process been so easy! Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

Terri Anistead was a warm, professional and wonderful salesman. I was impressed with the no mess no fuss flow of the overall process. I was able to say what I want to put down, what price range I want to stay in. Terri followed my ques and not the other way around. What a pleasure. The mitsubishi Mirage. I have one of these cars. Sure. It's only 78 horsepower sure. I still get on the highway but I let other cars pass by me. I don't try to keep up. It just takes your longer to get somewhere. That's all, but it's an awesome car. Nonetheless, if you want to have a good reliable car that doesn't take a lot of gas regardless of what people say about it, not being that great a car. It has a lot of zip to it and power and easy to park and handle. It's a great. Car. This car is much reliable.And fun to drive

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Virginia auto trader and I must say, my experience was fantastic from start to finish. They truly made me feel welcomed and they were especially helpful; they took the time to understand my needs and preferences without being pushy. The test drive process was smooth and enjoyable! I was able to take my desired models out for a spin without any rush. They encouraged me to test various features and gave me all the details about performance, fuel efficiency, and safety. The staff will work with you no matter what your situation is.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.
