We worked with salesman Dan DeJesus. Dan was very friendly and attentive. He was immediate with his communication and was very active in making our experience with Acura a great experience. The only fallback was the time we spent (after making our appointment) to finalize the deal. Maybe the dealership might want to consider having more staff at this task. Also the car was not detailed ( as we had requested) on pickup. All repairs requested to complete the vehicle sale were performed. Time will tell if repairs were adequate.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

We had a unique situation in that we purchased our pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee, but could not take delivery due to a previously planned trip. I drive for Uber, and this is the perfect car for ride-share drivers. I did previously drove an Acura MDX which was more comfortable and luxurious, but at 21 mpg it just didn't make since. The dealer was surprised and asked if I was trading it for the Prius, I assured him I knew what I was doing. Turns out it is the smartest car I have ever owned and for me was a very smart purchase. Do not give it a 2nd thought if you are on the fence. I can get Luggage into the back that surprises people with the amount of space, way more that a sedan with a regular trunk, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable. I am averaging 54 mpg which is just phenomenal. As a bonus the maintenance and tires are way cheaper to maintain and replace too. These are built in Japan and it shows quality wise.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

I brought my car in on Dec 1st for service and was treated with great professionalism and courtesy by my advisor Donel. And the team that performed the service on my car found that the difficulty I was having getting my car started was due to a faulty battery in the key fob and not my car’s battery or electrical system. In the end the work was performed quickly and efficiently.

After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

I count on my car to get me from here to there, comfortably. The Kia Soul is roomy with all the controls logically and conveniently laid out. I'm not going to take it to track day any time soon. But sometimes I catch myself almost truly enjoying my commute. It's everything I require out of a commuting vehicle (and an occasional long haul ride) - and it's nothing I don't need.
