I recently had services and I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and gestures made to make my wait comfortable. On the day of service it was beautiful outdoors, I wanted to read my book. One of the employees escorted me to a picnic table, what a perfect spot. My time sitting outdoors was wonderful, the two hour wait flew by and I am so grateful the kindness of the staff.

We had a 2018 Impreza and 2017 Legacy which we traded on for a 2025 Impreza sport. It's a great car for the money has many updated features

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I recently purchased a new Honda Civic, and it has been an amazing experience so far. The car drives very smoothly, handles well on both highways and city roads, and gives excellent gas mileage. The interior is comfortable and modern, with plenty of space and great visibility. I especially love the reliability that Honda is known for and the advanced safety features that make me feel confident while driving. Had mine since new 88,000 fun miles on it. superby reliable. Fantastic handling, comfort for long long long drive 6 hours, and great MPG...super quick, it really does everything excellently. Out of 17+ VWs since 1987 this is the best one yet...fun personified, tracks at speed perfectly, solid grip in all weather conditions. Solid, tight, really well done car. Interior layout is ergonomic excellence. of course 6 speed manual, it's best, control and in connection with the drive.

My previous car was a 2014 Prius. The 2018 has added safety features which are very valuable, & has even better mileage, and a very smooth drive --handles well. However, there is less trunk & glove box space, & it is more complicated to work some of the features, such as setting the clock. On the 2014, all I had to do was press the hr & min buttons. On the 2018, I had to watch a youtube a few times, & then it took me a few tries to reset the clock.

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

Never been dissapointed with their customer service and great transparency. Even when receiving invoice sticker shock not as bad :) because of there professionalism and courtesy.

The plug-in is what I really wanted. An outstand car, the battery is way to small. A full electric car is not the best choise for driving in Colo and Wy. The Prius is the best of both worlds

Overall I had a good experience working with VINS. They were helpful and responsive. They are a full service dealership, assisting with TTL, shipping and financing. VINS does have some fees in addition to the cost of the car, but overall their price was competitive with the fees included. They are up front about the fees early in the discussion which is helpful. They were happy to provide all the necessary information to verify this was the right vehicle for me. Thanks!

My second Tesla, first was a 2020 model Y. Loved the S since day one. No issues on anything except resale value. Tesla has lower the price $20,000 in last two years. But the car is almost perfect! The latest version of FSD is almost perfect as well, much better than version 11 which apparently is what a previous reviewer has. Does require a little getting use to steering yoke because blinker stalk is missing.

There are not enough stars in the rating system for Mini of Towson and Mike Edwards! The entire buying process was amazing. Super fast, courteous, and every detail covered with thoughtfulness. The entire no-pressure sales/buying process was easily the best car buying experience we?ve had. If you are looking for a Mini, Towson Mini is the place to go!

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

My experience with buying a new car was exemplary with Dulane Barnes. Dulane is very kind, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and responsive. I wanted a very specific model, color, and trim level - which was difficult to find in the market. However, Dulane never gave up - he communicated updates at just the right intervals and found my “unicorn”! I absolutely love my new car! Dulane was wonderful! I highly recommend him and this dealership!

I daily the prius C 2 and it's just the perfect car. It's small and light enough to just zip through traffic and the instant torque from the electric engine can get you where you need to go quick. The handling is tight and responsive and the wheel is nice and smooth. Nimble, light, and forgiving is how I would describe the drive feel. The car can fit quite a bit of cargo for its size if the seats are folded down. I moved all of my stuff cross country in it and honesty could have fit more than I brougt. Otherwise, it can comfortably move 3 passengers + driver without much issue. The only thing it can't do is haul a bunch of luggage and people at the same time. When you baby it, you'll get mpg near 50, so fuel costs are a nonissue. It's never broken down and never had any issues that weren't my fault. It's the perfect car and I would recommend it to anyone who was open minded about driving a small car.

I had a really good experience. Mike the salesman was exceptionally nice and found the Mini that I wanted. I love my Mini 4 door hardtop S. It is a beautiful car. The color is so pretty in Ocean Wave Green with a Black roof. This is the 2nd MINI we have bought from Towson MINI. We can't say enough about how much we love this car and my old Mini. Excellent vehicle using technology and consideration for human comforts. Lane keep assist is developing each year. Cruise control distance features are well designed. Would I buy it again? Absolutely.
