I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

I was looking for a van and found a good one at Smart Motorz. Kamal was very helpful, available for any question and put no sales pressure on me as I took my time looking through the van for any issues, but found it to be in great shape. For my first car, it’s great and I love it. I’ve always wanted a car that wasn’t giant and making me uncomfortable. It’s extremely comfortable and the trunk space is amazing.

Long story short, my first experience was a complete debacle. I left reviews on Google and Yelp, and I was contacted straightaway by Mark Therrien (new car sales manager). He explained the situation from his perspective and offered an apology and a workable solution. At this point, there was no agreement that I would return, but Mark handled a tough situation with the utmost professionalism After a short call, Mark did a number of things that I appreciate and value: • Got some information from me so we could take advantage of my drive time to get credit worked out. This multi-tasking saved a fair amount of time at the dealership. • Gave me a side-by-side comparison of my pre-approved interest rate and the rate they were able to offerWhile I was driving, Mark and team found a better interest rate that reduced my payments by a few dollars per month. The reduction was not large, but the point is that they went out of their way to optimize the loan for me. • Mark presented me with a simple and straightforward set of numbers that explained the cost, their cost, a fair trade in value, and what my payment would be. Somehow I knew that buying a new car only required some basic arithmetic with a handful of numbers. This was exactly what I was looking for. Look at the bottom ¼ of a sheet of paper, do some math in your head, and know what the heck is happening. • He also did something unnecessary but very thoughtful to compensate me for my time. • Talked to me like a normal person engaging in a basic and mutually beneficial business transaction. Honest, straightforward, and very comfortable conversation. • Mark hustled to schedule the cleaning of my new car and visit with finance in a way that helped to make things go faster. Again, this was my second long drive and for other reasons, I was really pressed for time. My visit with Nicole Smith in finance was equally straight forward, honest, simple, and educational. • Nicole likewise gave me a very clean set of numbers to approve and the signing process was quick. • She also provided a surprising amount of useful information. A lot of this was regarding various warranties and packages that they could offer, and when I saw that coming, I felt a little twinge of irritation start to arise…again mostly because of some bad experiences earlier in the week. But I listened and realized that the things she was talking about were reasonably priced products that had a solid value proposition. • The point is that there were no gimmick products and those that were offered had a benefit at a good price, and there was no hard sell. Basically just a well thought out presentation of the value proposition and a “feel free to take it or not” quality to the discussion. • Nicole also gave a very interesting piece of insight and advice about an insurance product. Without going into detail, there was a thing that I thought was a good idea, and she explained to me why it was actually a pretty bad idea…and it made perfect sense. I didn’t see it because I’m not a professional in this particular field, so the edification was appreciated. Finally, there was a gentleman that did a great walkthrough of my car. I am amused by the fact that most of the learning has to do with a computer and how to talk to my new car. Overall, I am completely satisfied with this experience. As a business person, I’m enjoying looking back at this as a case study of sorts. Mark and Nicole’s ability to take fiasco and turn it around into a positive experience is noteworthy, and I would definitely consider doing business here again.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

Recently just bought an Audi S5 from West State Motorsports and my experience was amazing. The dealership was extremely nice and all of the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I searched the internet within 500 miles of home for a specific vehicle in my price range and found only one and it was at LKL Motors. Then I compared price and mileage nationwide and did not find a better deal. I made contact and spoke with Liviu and made the deal. Li was thorough so I was able to come prepared then drove 7 hours to get to Puyallup. The next morning we test drove the vehicle and it was exactly what we were wanting. Rick closed the deal with us and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Rick, he has good character traits, the type of person I could be friends with. I appreciated the atmosphere, the quality of their merchandise and the lack of pressure sales tactics that you get from the typical car salesperson.

Accidently caused battery to die. Was not sure. After a jump start the car ran fine the rest of the day and following day. Went to service department to have system checked. Mitch Paulson checked the battery and everything appeared fine. I had made an appointment and he could have gone ahead and taken the car in and run up $100 bill or more. In just a few minutes I was reassured the battery was fine and on my way.. I feel I have always been treated fairly at this dealership. Again, thank you to Mitch Paulson

Sales people were friendly, especially the man from NY, and the sales guy, I bought a Honda Odyssey from them the next day I took it right into the dealer for an inspection, all the fluids needed to be changed, that's something i think they should have done before putting it on the lot, but other than that the van seems fine so far

The car meets a perfect speed standard for specific drivers, if you want power when you need to pass somebody or just got a nice long road you want to open it up on, you can do it, very well if I must say, the 2.0t is a amazing motor overall, so many different things you can do with it power wise, just overall a great balance car, butttt your back seat is not the best in a 2 door, which is what I have lol, oh well

The car is really fun to drive, I am glad with this purchase. I would recommend to family and friends. Great experience, all the way around.

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

He was not pushy and wanted to make sure that whatever car I chose was the car I truly enjoyed. He then made sure that the finance officer worked within my realm vs theirs. He went to bat to make sure that I left in something and that something was great. Not only Alex was great though. The entire staff were very friendly, bilingual, knowledgeable, and it just felt right to be there. I would DEFINITELY recommend just based off of this fact. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! I bought my golf new at the end of 2016 and would have kept it much longer if it had not been totaled in an accident. The few little issues I had were covered under the initial warranty (coolant leak, trunk leak). Nothing else other than normal maintenance things like brakes and tires up to 81,000 - that's as far as I can speak to. I took good care of it, did the VW service things for the most part and I have no doubt it would have lasted to 200K or beyond. It looked cool and was fun to drive. I had the S manual. I enjoy driving and had a tiny regret about not getting the Wolfsburg edition (faster engine, slightly better options like heated seats and sun/moon roof).
