I was so appreciative of the entire staff at Park Ave BMW, namely Betul, Chris, and Ralmy at the body shop! They worked so well with my insurance company to ensure a smooth process, always kept me up to date as to what was going on with my vehicle repairs via text message and calls and having a loaner car available for me was a LIFESAVER!!!! This crew is by far the BEST I have ever come across! I loved the service here so much I'll probably purchase my next BMW through them too! At a different Volvo dealership, my car was sitting waiting for service from the 13th. Prestige Volvo kept giving me extended wait times despite me calling to get a rough lead time before getting my car towed there. On the 29th I ran out of patience. Smythe and a few other Volvo dealerships have told me that they can see it on the same day or next if I get it towed there. I've had a good experience at Smythe with my old 99 S80, so I chose them. My car was seen the same day. The difference in service was night and day. I received a digital sign off on the work to be done, along with a video of things to look out for. I couldn't believe it. Meanwhile, I would probably still be waiting around for my car to be seen at the other dealership. I don't know what their issue was, and it no longer matters. I won't be back there ever. My first car was a Renault Clio Bebop, followed by a Peugeot 106 rally car, then an Alfa 145 and then I met this C30 guy in 2009. I loved it. Then I bought a C30 again in 2012, with a nicer design, the EcoDrive. I still have this and it's been 10 years. It brings together everything I like in a car: safety, stability, resistance and beautiful design. It is a shame that so much damage has been suffered in the workshops that represent Volvo – Santogal in Portugal. There it was damaged in several ways, and in the last inspection, a few days ago, they did several things to it, namely: they filled the coolant tank too much (1 finger over the maximum), they cleaned the air conditioning system and at the time removing the grille. which is near the front glass, they broke a fitting and on the same side they lost a screw, that is, this grille is only fixed on the left side, on the right side it is loose. They discovered that the inner bellows was broken and for this reason they wanted to replace both steering arms. I know that to change this bellows you have to disassemble many things, it is a lot of work, but saying that “there is considerable clearance in the suspension arms” to justify changing the right and left arms seems too much to me, especially when I go for the mandatory inspection to request an evaluation of this clearance and verify that there is no clearance, they confirmed that the internal bellows is broken but found no clearance in the suspension arms. In the past they have damaged the rims mainly because Volvo wheel nuts are really challenging as they are one of the few brands that insist on making a capped nut that is sealed to look better but eventually comes loose. . When they loosen, they cannot be released easily and that is why they do it by hammering. Over time the paint wears off and now I have wheels that are a shame. In addition to all this, the C30 for me is a fantastic car with extraordinary features. On the home/work route it consumes 5.4, which is great, and in the city it consumes more, staying at 7.2. However, in addition to being a pleasure to drive this car, because we feel that we are in a safe car, it drives quite well and responds very well in situations where we need engine and power. The engine is a known and proven engine (Peugeot 307) and as such presents no problems in this regard. The exterior design for me remains one of the most beautiful. When the car is well washed (mine is silver) it looks beautiful and has an aggressive look, naughty I would say! :) It's lovely. It's a shame they ended this model. I won't let go of mine. It will stay with me until it reaches classic status! :)

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Upon first impression I wasn’t sure how this was going to go. There was no receptionist and there was no organization as to who to speak to once I got there. But once I was placed with my sales manager Alex, the experience became a different story. He was helpful, professional, but very real. He didn’t xxxxxxxx, lie, or act like he knew things he didn’t, which I appreciate! Even though I was liking at a used Ford he didn’t try to sell me in something I didn’t want. He just gave his honest opinions and knowledge to help me make my decision. I didn’t buy right away, which was actually encouraged by him, to see the other vehicle I had in mind. Even gave me tips on what to look for when seeing other used vehicles, which was welcomed. After viewing the other vehicle and having the exact opposite experience with a local Ford dealer, I chose to go with car at Toyota of Hackensack even without an CPO certification, simply because I just trusted them more, they were upfront with all the costs. Alex didn’t try to slip anything by me when we sat down for pricing. The price was exactly what I expected to pay given the sticker price. I was assisted with getting a great rate on insurance by the dealership, and the finance guy Steve was just as helpful and easy to work with. They matched a finance rate I was approved for by another bank. Steve didn’t hard sell me on an extended warranty, but explained everything pretty well and gave me time to think and research. Overall I came away with a very good experience and so far, a great car. I would definitely recommend dealing with Alex and Steve at Toyota of Hackensack!

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle from this establishment salesman was Harold Martin I had the car checked out and it checked out perfectly only thing the radio didn't work well Mr Martin charge me another $115 to get the radio fixed now I don't know what the xxxx is wrong with this radio it works sometimes sometimes it doesn't I'm expecting Mr Martin to honor our agreement and fix the radio on a very good note they have a receptionist there her name is Georgia I'm telling you this lady is just awesome what a nice personality over the phone and even when you're in the dealership I definitely think she is a great employee

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Love my Honda Fit. The back seats have 4 positions for different needs. Front is comfortable, all gadgets easy to use, love my big screen stereo, and many other features. The back hatch I have the shield which hides belongings while shopping (sold separately)

Buying a car here was efficient, direct and a pleasure. The folks we dealt with, Viviana G., Anthony R. and Jake S. were honorable, delivered what they promised and conducted business in a very professional manner. There was no bait and switch, no misrepresentation and no false promises. Everything promised was delivered and it all was done in a cheerful and cooperative manner. When it was time to deliver my Lamborghini Huracan, Bernardo V. was outstanding. He explained every detail taking time but not too much time. I was treated like royalty from the time I drove into the service area until the time we drove the car off the lot. Folks at this dealership understand time is money (for me and for them) and they don't want to fool around if you are just a Lookey Lou! I like details and like to document my cars and I went to an extreme in asking questions about this car's history. Every single question was answered in detail and done without a single complaint. When any bumps arose in the process (I'm in Massachusetts and the car was titled in NY) they were straightened out quickly and the paper process was totally covered. I really appreciate the positive attitude displayed, the willingness to negotiate when it was appropriate but also the direct discussion when the bottom line numbers had been reached. I don't write a lot of reviews but Manhattan MC deserves every word of praise you read above.

The 2017 Panamera Turbo is phenomenal: It is the perfect blend of sports car (0-60 in 3.0 seconds… Entering traffic or accelerating to pass is exhilarating at 550 hp/567 lb/ft torque) & luxury vehicle (4 door, plenty of room for back seat passengers, plus plenty of storage room with hatch back & rear seats can fold down for more space. Beautiful interior, appointments & super sound system). This vehicle is very impressive, drives/corners like a dream (these tires just Grip the road on turns) and people commented on it regularly. This is a beast of a sports car that also happens to carry four people comfortably!

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

Volkswagen did a great job refining the MK8 GTI. Key points -One of the best handling FWD cars mainly due to the LSD, XDS and suspension refinement. -Very smooth power deliver almost 0 turbo lag. - 40th anniversary has to be the best value purchase as it comes standard with DCC and IQ lightings which are only available on the highest trim. The negatives include: -The infotainment can be improved wireless android and apple car play need to be standard. Can't set your phone properly on the wireless charger when the phone is attached to the wire. - Compared to the MK7 the coin holder and the sliding storage below the driver sear is missing. -Unable to disable auto start and stop feature permanently as restores to default on every time you start the vehicle.

I leased this car initially after having leased a GT Coupe for 3 years and needed a larger car for expanding family. I recently bought it out of the lease because I truly can’t imagine a better car in its class. It’s exhilarating to drive even in my 4th year of ownership. It looks imposing but not flashy, it sounds excellent (though admittedly the coupe sounded more muscle car like which I loved), is extremely fast and capable yet also very comfortable when you want to relax. Loaded with technology, large trunk that can easily fit two international check in luggage, massaging seats, great bolstering/support. Plus all wheel drive so car be a great all season car if you live somewhere with rain/snow, just make sure you swap the tires for winter ones as the Michelin pilot sport cup 2s are slippery in those conditions. If you’re looking for something that does it all and has supercar performance, this is a tremendous (in my view, best) option. I own a land rover defender 90 first edition, Ram 1500 limited, and Ferrari 599 gtb. This is my daily driver as it does everything the other three do (even faster than the Ferrari in fact) apart from hauling my bullmastiff, which I always use the ram for (though he used to ride in this GT when he was still a puppy). Anyways, don’t hesitate, this car is perfection.
