Had a great experience when purchasing our car. Bob Johnson was a great salesman to work with. Whitewater is the only car dealer we work with.

My sales person, the Sales Manager and the General manager and staff were great. However, the finance person Trevor was horrible and was only trying to put money in his pocket and treated me like a paycheck not a valued customer. What we agreed to is not what he put down on the sales sheet. Now that I look back, I should have gotten up and left. The Sales Manager & General Manger fixed things to my satisfaction, but it should have never come to that.

Patrick was great to work with. Presented me with details of the vehicle we were interested. Made the buying process easy. I would work with Patrick again.

this may be a bit lengthy, but i think it’s important to give all of my opinion. i was looking for a 2015 or newer 1/2-ton full size pickup. they had several on their lot. i ended up with a 2019 ram 1500 classic big horn. i went here because they had a large variety of vehicles but specifically because they had the truck i wanted at the price i was looking to pay. i initially made contact with jesus, but finished with myron. they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. a++ to both them and all of the staff i had contact with. i waited a couple weeks to write this review because i wanted time to see if any previously unidentified issues popped up with the vehicle and i can confidently say that it has run very well & i have had NO PROBLEMS with it. the pros: large selection of quality cars very easy to work with accommodating to my needs/requests above & beyond with cooperation and negotiation. no high pressure sales or multitudes of “add-ons” carfax included, plus they had a long history of maintenance records on the vehicle that they attached (prior to signing) the cons: beware of the “55 point inspection”. my mechanic found a few things that should have been caught during the inspection. so either they missed them or they didn’t consider them immediate enough to fix. (totally fair, i have no problem with that.). there was one not-quite-major-but-significant issue identified but we worked that out to my 100% satisfaction. (make sure you get an independent opinion on ANY used car you are looking to buy no matter where you get it. it’s a good practice.) the bottom line, aka tl;dr so would i buy another car from them in the future. yes, i absolutely would buy from them again. if you are looking for a good quality vehicle at a fair price, i recommend you at least go see what they have to offer.

Hold to find a honest salesman in anything but Derrick Bunger broke that cycle. Did what he said he would do how rare is that.

Ask for Greg from Kerry Toyota in Florence, he was fantastic. We had a few other cars we were going to go see but he got us a great deal and we truly just wanted to give him our business because he was that great. Car buying sucks but Greg made it fun!

I see that all reviews here seem to be negative but it is now 2023 and hopefully things have changed. I have nothing but good to say about my sales guy Dean Tower, at Columbia Hyundai. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and he was very helpfull and informative also helped me set up the system which nowadays can be very confusing. I would recommend him if you need a sales guy.

I had to take a car back due to unforeseen circumstances on my side and it was easy as they helped me to find something more affordable and reliable in my price range. I took the current vehicle to my mechanic and not a issue at all. I have been working with Daniel Ross for months to find something and he is amazing and treats folks as he would wish to be treated. Overall, had a very positive experience with Kings Kia. Worked with Jake G to look at several different used cars and he was honest and respectful young man. Also briefly chatted with the Dylan and he was a real professional. Kind, courteous and with a big smile. Finally, after deciding to make a purchase, work with Rhonda in finance and she couldn't have been nicer and more professional. A real pro's pro, so to speak. When it comes time for me to look for my next car, I will start with King's Kia, no doubt about it!
