My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . I highly recommend that if you go to passport in marlow heights please see Mike Davis he will make sure all of your needs are taken care of & he will make sure you leave with a smile on your face . I’m so blessed to be able to have had him as my salesperson because he most definitely took care of me & if i wanted to buy another car I would definitely be seeing him again . Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I traveled from Madison, WI to Passport BMW in Maryland to purchase a pre-owned car. It was an excellent experience! I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

Car is a 2018 Stinger GT2. Beautiful exterior. People stop and tell me how sharp the Stinger looks. Great fun to drive. Decent gas mileage (21 mpg around town & 28 mpg on the road). Michelin tires started to have pieces break of at 21000 miles even though lots of tread left. Very expensive.

I bought my Black 2008 Saturn Astra XR about a year and a half ago.... With 74,000 miles!.. I threw some 18 staggered wheels....With that being said... Since then I've gone down hill financially... And as a result... I haven't been able to keep up the maintenance... And even though I've driven it over 20,000 miles WITHOUT a tune up... NEVER A PROBLEM! Although it's not running it's best... Not the car's fault... LOVE the performance (Although it could use more power) I LOVE MY SATURN XR

I lived my experience at sheehy Honda my sale member was Nicolas his is a great sales man he was kind polite and very respectful I had almost all my kids with me they were very active to say and he helped me with them he gave them papers to draw on and was very patient with me he answered all my questions and helped me with my car he sold me a very nice 2014 Honda odyssey with 66,000 miles I really like my car!!! Also all the staff was very kind and patient with me and the children over all it was a great experience I drove down from Baltimore Md and I was able to take the new car home and leave the car I came with and pick It up the next day they are very helpful as of now I have brought it there for maintenance that process as been great so far thank you sheehy Honda for my new Honda odyssey and Nicolas for such a great experience!!

After few years of usage, the car hard start. It gives electrical issue that affect the car performance. The car usually failed to start when hot due to such impact. The car wiper sometimes work on it own. Lastly, the car consume more fuel as it aged due to usage.

I’ve had over 30 cars in my lifetime. Mostly BMW, Honda and Lexus. My first EV purchase was my 2016 Spark EV two years ago. It was ugly and felt cheaply made when I first saw it and sat in it. My first drive out of the dealership, I pushed hard on the accelerator and it literally burned rubber harder than my old BMW M3. I was sold on it , ugliness and cheaply made (now spelled economically built). Now, it’s 2022 and gas is $6.50 per gallon and I am thankful that I purchased this EV. Never had to replace anything except two tires and a window regulator. Now, these Spark EVs are selling for $4000 more than what I paid. So, if you need an around town car and don’t want to pay $6.50 gas, go and get one of these

This is my 1st Audi, and I must say it is a beautiful vehicle. When I was searching for a vehicle for my wife (she purchased an Audi Q3), she told me I needed something sleek and sexy. This tremendous vehicle was it. Excellent ride, being smooth and comfortable. Surprisingly, it gives excellent MPG as compared to what I’m used too. I commute daily on highways and even going over the speed limit :-), I’m ranging 29mpg. Excellent power and handles absolutely beautifully. Overall great and comfortable vehicle. This was purchase was a treat, that I’m grateful to have pulled the trigger on.

The customer service was pretty good, and the prices were fair. They were willing to negotiate. If I wanted to view a car someone would escort me or at least point me in the right direction

Just had the experience of my lifetime.. Bought a 2008 VW Beetle,, black with tan leather interior, all the bells and whistles on this 30k convertible. Great car loved by his previous owner and now by us. He looks and drives like the day. He rolled off the assembly line.

A nimble and quick hatchback. A total sleeper that outperforms a Mini or a VW. Very safe as well. The interior style is like a modern art museum.

This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

It has been a long time since I purchased a vehicle and aside from a Processing Fee (which was expected), there weren't any hidden fees, the sales people weren't pushy, and I was in and out in just a few hours. I took the option to buy an extended warranty, but the warranty that comes with all of their preowned vehicles is the best around from what I what I could see.

The waldorf Toyota staff was excellent. I had a 1130am appointment and I was done in less than an hour. Everyone was nice, worked fast and the lounge was very cozy. This was definitely the best auto maintenance appointments Ive had in quite some time. The team should be commended!

I purchased a 2022 Mazda 3 Select from Cochran Mazda in Wexford, PA. The sales lead Ben Schuster was awesome to deal with and really knew the product. The car is amazing, a step up in quality over the German made 2015 car I was driving: more power, better mpg, better fits, the best modern tech, and all the comforts.

wish the seats were of different colors or a better felling cloth ,the seats are scratchy and the seats are padded well so nice confortable seats the cloth is just not sporty ,or easy to sit on because of scratchy feel on skin ,but the car is easy to drive and for a small car it don't fell like a small car ,.just wish the dealership had keapt all there promise's and not messed me over

The car is awesome and fun to drive! The only downfall is that the car would be even better if the mileage would be at 300 per charge. I would buy this car again if I was to buy another vehicle. This is my first EV and as a result I am impressed as i have driven a Rivian and Tesla before. Those are fun EVs as well but the Polestar 2 hugged me with supreme fit. I am 6'2", 215 lbs and I had no issues with getting in and out of the Polestar front seats. The backseats, not so fitting. :-) All in all i would recommend this Polestar 2 EV!
