Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

Today, purchased the 2013 Nissan Juke, 112,600 mile for $9,995 today. It will be ready Wednesday or Thursday this coming week. My sales person Amy was excellent. She knew I had a firm budget (retired) and she found two great vehicles to test. The Jeep I could have taken home today with less milage... a little older, however, Jeep mph versus the Juke..., Nissan won even with higher mileage. So far, I'm "a HAPPY CAMPER"! I can't foresee any problems from now until pick-up. So, I'd say, if you need a reliable used car, Amy is knowledgeable and, in spite of the packed waiting room with eager customers, we were never abandoned. Note; yes, the sales people had to multi-task at times. Understand, at these reduced prices, compared to any dealerships for used cars... Patience, just a little patience - and you'll be treated right too. All the best to customers in need of a new used vehicle!

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

The dealership at Bertera Subaru in Hartford is exceptional. I have purchased Forester here recently and the car buying procedure is a breeze. As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

The dealership is another story, if your looking for a reasonable price this is the dealership for you, they get cars from Auction so no idea about the history of the car, they get checked when you already signed for the As- is purchase, don't go there on a weekend, if you have patience, wants a bargain, (non negotiable deals)time, and good mechanic this is a place to go, got lucky with Alex very accommodating and great salesman

Fast and dirty. 20+ salesmen all busy. 800 used cars from auction, none of them have been detailed yet. If you need a car today on a sub $15k budget I would go here and detail it yourself. Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!

Great for us two older folks! Back seat ok for two average size adults, or 3 kids. With the trunk lowered and hatch opened it fits an incredible amount of items!
