Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

Oakes Kia had a 2024 Mustang GT with all the options I was looking for. I have been in automotive sales and sales management for 6 years. So I am incredibly critical when on this side of the transaction. That being said this was the best car buying experience I have had in my life and its not even close. Had it cleaned and full of gas when I got there. He had me geniuinely excited to do business with them. Blake and his manager Christian were very transparent and fair during negotiations. I geniunely feel like I got a great deal. Since I am in the business I am very familiar with vehicle values, so not only do I feel like I got a great deal, I actually know I got a great deal so if you're considering shopping here I can tell you it is most likely a great deal! They are a volume dealer so they don't try to make much money per client. That is great for the client lol. I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! The car meets a perfect speed standard for specific drivers, if you want power when you need to pass somebody or just got a nice long road you want to open it up on, you can do it, very well if I must say, the 2.0t is a amazing motor overall, so many different things you can do with it power wise, just overall a great balance car, butttt your back seat is not the best in a 2 door, which is what I have lol, oh well

Solid for a convertible. Goes surprisingly well in the snow and with the seats down can haul stuff. I have this as my only car and it is actually very practical. Plus, it’s just a joy to drive.

I purchased the 2018 Leaf new in 2018. The only maintenance I’ve had is new tires and windshield wipers. I’m very happy with the car as I only use it about town. I only wish the range was a little greater than 150 miles. It has gone down to about 140 after 6 years.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

Apparently, they aren't paid on commission, but online reviews help their pay. To each his own, but why should anyone ask a customer to reward them for doing their job? I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

Took a long time between deciding on the car and walking out the door with the final paperwork. My main issue was with Patty. I called her after the license bureau would not accept the paperwork they gave me. I called the dealership and that was who they gave me to talk to. First of all, she was eating and talking at the same time. She told me to go back and tell them that they were wrong. I had set there for better than two hours. She acted like I was a bother. However, she called me the next day to see if I got it titled and licensed. I waited until a week later to go back. The license bureau was wrong, but I still did not like the attitude of Patty at the dealership. I?m pretty much pleased with my purchase. The salesman was great. I wasn?t push into buying stuff I didn?t want.

Took my 2021 F150 and meet with Derby in the service on 2-6-24. For an oil change tire rotation. I told Derby about a battery issue with my truck. Derby checked my extended warranty and other coverage to see covered the battery replacement. Derby went beyond customer service and had great professional service

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Rick Gross was our salesperson. He did a wonderful job explaining every aspect of our purchase. Matthew and Sharon handle the financial side of our purchase and also was clear on 30-day refund policy and purchase of our Kicks. I would highly recommend this CarMax in Independence; they took time to give us peace of mind on our new Nissan Kicks.

This is a great choice for entry level EV. Combined I'm getting about 85 MPG. No hybrid car can touch this. Also the price can't be beat. Similar models are about $10K more (looking at you Prius Prime) Also many little extras included in price compared to Toyota.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!
