It's a big deal when you help your daughter pick out her first car. I was glad I found the folks at Northtown Auto when we wanted to find a pre-owned vehicle. Everyone was very friendly. The renovations look they will be very nice when completed. Received an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. All completed but took almost 2 hours and WiFi wasn?t working.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

In the past I have only dealt with GM dealerships and I was extremely happy with the professionalism and end result of the care that was given to my vehicle. Outstanding job done!!!

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

We recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate from Andrew Ayler at Northtown Hyundai. There is no amount of praise that can truly signify my overall satisfaction from working with Andrew. My husband and I have personally purchased over 15 new and used vehicles in the last 15 to 20 years as well as helped countless friends and family with their purchases. To say we are the go to car people in our group is not an understatement. I was also a customer service manager before I was injured in an accident so I expect a certain level of service and Andrew did not disappoint. In all my years of car buying I can honestly say I have never dealt with someone who listened to and met our expectations as Andrew did. He paid attention to the little details in what was otherwise a humorous banter conversation between my husband and I and successfully provided a car that met my expectations as far as ride and options and my husband's for year, mileage and price. To be able to give both spouses exactly what they wanted without either having to make consessions is no little feat, as any couple married for over 20 years can attest to. All I can say is in the over 20 years of car buying experiences I have had, I have never walked away completely satisfied until now. Andrew more than fulfilled his duties as our sales person. Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

The plug-in is what I really wanted. An outstand car, the battery is way to small. A full electric car is not the best choise for driving in Colo and Wy. The Prius is the best of both worlds

Looked at 2008 taurus that weren't sure about. Drove it, interior and exterior were in excellent shape. The car proved to be excellent. Andrew made the transaction terrific. NO pressure to buy NOW. Went back next day and bought it. Picking it up was just as easy. It was washed, waxed, and looked new. Drives great, low mileage for 10 yr old car, check these guys out.

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

My car has decent gas mileage— about 40 mpg with a bit less when driving predominantly in town. It fits my petite frame very well but my husband, who is larger, says he is comfortable driving it as well and actually owns his own fit. The car has good visibility and is responsive on the road. It takes curves well, and the acceleration is more than sufficient for entering the freeway and it responds well when a quick maneuver is needed. I love this car more than any other car I have had.

On Monday 9/29 I was pleasantly greeted by Paul McCarey. My work order was for a tire rotation and oil change. Paul gave me the option of waiting or picking up my Honda CR-V later in the day. I gave Paul a target time for pickup and he delivered. Paul thoroughly described the work completed and asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased with the work. I found Paul to be an affable, knowledgeable and highly efficient service advisor. Paul even gave me a follow up call today to make sure everything was in order. I was very pleased with my entire experience.

Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.

This is more a request than a review all in all I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff and desk personnel however I am still waiting for a reply to my inquiry about a labor charge on my recent visit on May 6, 2022 with my 2017 Forrester I had three items performed one rate for a change recommended by manufacture to front and transaxle fluid change recommended strongly by dealership number three a heat shield bolt was tightened know there was other work that was done as well I’m not sure if I was miss charged for work that was not supposed to be charged the total bill was $373.40 the Forrester was in from 7:38 AM to 10:20 AM all I am asking is what was the hourly rate for the service perform or the labor charge for each of the items performed I have sent a five page fax to the service manager and reply was not given I am still waiting for an explanation I have dealt with Northtown for many years and purchase holidays and Subarus as well as my son I’ve always been satisfied with their service and their personnel and their professionalism and I am just looking for a clarification for this labor charge I feel perhaps a mistake was made in accounting please clear this up for me and make me a continued happy customer thank you by the way the invoice on this service was 240029 date was May 6, 2022 customer number Ford 28348 hopefully you’ll be able to look into this and give me a satisfactory answer it’s really simple labor charge or hourly rate thank you once again
