Keith, the service representative, was very thorough. He explained everything to me that my car would need for service. He also told me what services I could possibly wait to do. He was upfront about the time it would take in the cost of the repairs. The service department was very welcoming and comfortable for hanging out and waiting. Eli was a sales rep that I talked to for a while as well. He showed me a car and didn?t apply any sort of pressure in buying it. He insert all my questions. In the end, I wasn?t ready to buy a new car just yet but he gave me the information I need for when I am ready. I give the whole team at Ira Toyota of Saco Maine, a 5+ star review all around. Great place to go. I?ve been going there for years. I genuinely trust everyone and value their opinions.

Awesome car
I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

Absolutely love my car.
Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best
