One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

Damien Brown was super helpful on the phone and even more so in person. This dealership has a huge inventory and he was very knowledgeable about all of the different cars available. There were no pushy sales tactics, and I never felt pressured. I would absolutely seek him out again if I were in the market to buy another vehicle.

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

I live in S. C. and was visiting my daughters in Atl when a dashboard light came on. I stopped at Lou Sobh and told the Service attendant what was happening. Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. Great overall little commuter hatchback. We got ours a few years old with low mileage due to the options we wanted. The other reviews are kind of silly on here, complaining about a car due to lack of options selected by the buyer. Yes it wont have heated seats if you dont get the heated seat models lol. Our model is the EX, it has a sunroof, blind mirror indicator, heated seats, and a manual 6 speed transmission. Basically all features any high end model could use, I dont like leather seats due to the degradation long term. Just make sure you avoid the CVT transmission. Our area would not offer manual 6 speed on the high end trim so we had to travel out of state to get ours. Few mods added to the car to make it even better: - bi-led projector retrofit on headlights - led bulbs all around, plates, interior. - auto dim rear view mirror (easy wire in) - front facing dash cam - sirius satellite radio - winter aluminum rims (instead of steelies), summer has factory 17" aluminum black/silver combo - towing hitch (bike carrier) -- vehicle rated at 2000 lbs Overall its been very reliable, super practical with the folding seats. It gets excellent fuel efficiency and fits everywhere. Power wise, its very snappy given with a manual transmission you can control it a lot better than the sloppy CVT. The manual does 0-60mph in 8 seconds or less, which is very fast for a little car. Its not a tesla or a GTR with 130hp but its plenty for its 36-40 mpg. One issue ours had was the starter went out really early, but it was an easy change out, its a known issue. The seats are not very comfortable for long trips but thats because they are so small and its a commuter car. The cam gear also can get noisy on these at start up, so they will rattle but has no impact to performance. We have just over 100k miles on ours and its a very strong little car, will be getting another one of the final production year as this one gets higher in mileage. Again get the manual 6, you will not regret it, honda manual cars are semi automatic, the clutch is like a feather vs. a subaru for example. Totally worth it.

This is a great car! I love the features, esp the sport function, which gives you a boost if you need to jump on it. Obviously, some people don't use this feature or don't know what it does. When getting on the freeway, I always use it, then simply turn it off when necessary. I usually get about 34-36 mpg on long trips and around town about 28-32mpg. The one and only complaint I have is that it is too low to the ground and sometimes it's very difficult to get in. If I move the driver's seat back, it makes it easier. I am the original owner of a 2017. The other features i like are the backup camera, electric side view mirrors, speak feature to make calls, the interior is gorgeous, the hatchback. I just really love this car. I have never had a problem with it. If you're looking for a reliable car, this is it!

I have owned mine for 8 years and 73,000 miles and I still love it. I am getting about 56-58 mpg tank average in the summer and 45-50mpg in the winter due to colder temperatures and using the heat often, affecting battery-only usage. Cruises on the highway great, and is perfect around town. Blue Streak Metallic paint has held up great, no clear coat damage and still feels great after a clay bar/ polish. I just have some rock chips on the hood, but they haven't started rusting and have been there for many years. Pretty comfortable considering it's size and wheelbase, it's nice and quiet too. I like that it has an actual gear selector and handbrake unlike the "regular" prius with it's little knob thing and foot brake. Interior has held up great, easy to clean the fabric seats, and all the buttons and tech work perfectly. I was able to unplug the speaker that makes the annoying hybrid sound at low speed, so now it's silent in EV mode which is great. I always recommend them to my friends, and most have never heard of a Prius C. I'd like a 4runner or something cool with more cargo space, but I can't get over their gas mileage under 20 mpgs. Think I'll just keep my Prius C lol.

I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. He was very friendly and gave off a great vibe. During my appointment, people were pulling at him left and right from constant phone calls to in house interruptions. He handled every distraction with extreme patience and professionalism. Even though I couldn't get into the car that I had chosen online, Joseph showed me several options and made the process so pleasant. This is my first hybrid and is also my first Ford. In the past I've had many cars including an indestructible Honda Civic. This review will "compare" with the Civic because the Civic left the biggest impression on us for great reliability and cheap parts. The reason I gave the review 4 stars for reliability is because I had a minor coolant leak (a rusted hose clamp) and Ford charged me $250 to fix the hose clamp. I never had any problems with the Civic we used to have and if we did it was ultra cheap to fix it. Besides the minor problem the Ford C-Max has been great!!! I absolutely Love the high ceiling in the C-max. My head has plenty of room and I'm 6 feet tall. Much more room than the Civic. The Civic had 140hp and this Ford has 188hp, so its much faster than the civic! Also, The C-max costs me $35 in gas every TWO weeks!!! The last two cars I had I was spending $25-40 in gas in one week! So its faster, better gas mileage and more spacious and roomy than pretty much any car I've had lately. So far my experience with my first ford is very good. I like the style, the space inside and the comfort. I got the SE model instead of the Titanium so it doesn't have some bells and whistles. Overall I really enjoy the C-Max. I'm one of the very few people who thinks it looks cool. As for my future purchases... Ford is now on my radar!

I leased my first 328i GTin 2014. My son was in an accident and the car saved his life. I replaced it with a 2015 GT. When that lease was up, I leased my 2017 330iGT. (All were new vehicles) And then, I bought it. The interior is larger than any other 3 series, with the same amount of back leg room as is in the 7 series. The interior materials are all of the finest quality, highly comfortable, easy to clean and looks amazing. I thought I would be losing power with the 4 cylinder engine, but this engine packs as much punch as an in-line 6. I opted to NOT get the tech package with the heads up display this time because I have to wear polarized sunglasses and you cannot see the display if wearing them. The BMW Navigation system leaves much to be desired. It is so unreliable that we choose to use our phones instead and utilize the nav mostly for the updated traffic information which is fantastic. The trunk space is one of my favorite features. We were able to move my daughter's entire apartment in that car! Table, desk, futon, bed, dresser, bookshelves as well as a frame for a full/twin bunk bed. Oh, and TV, computers...you know...all that extra stuff. I admit, her clothes went on a roof carrier. This car is safe, efficient, extremely roomy, powerful and looks like a million bucks driving down the road. I'm just really sad they stopped making them.

I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

For the price, I couldn't have made a better choice. This car has ventilated and heated seats, and all the bells and whistles available at that time. Had I purchased one of its competitors, I would have paid much more for what this car has. It has been a reliable vehicle as I have had all regular maintenance completed. I have only had to replace tires, battery, and take in for one or two recalls over the years. I'm passing it on to my graduate that's how safe I believe he will be.
